Can’t say anything negative about ‘All Across The Island Tire & Auto Repair’. I had the unfortunate luck of getting into an accident and needing to get repairs. From the beginning they were super nice and straight forward. They always answered my text and phones. They helped me out a lot with my insurance deductible, and a rental car. Went in to get my check engine light checked. They told me I had transmission issues. Brought it somewhere else and it was just a bad battery that dropped the voltage. They clearly don’t know what they’re doing here…..just want your cash.Don’t waste your time. Get a second opinion.

I waa referred here ny a very good friend, he said hed never been there before but he knows a couple people who go there regularly to work on their cars and I needed somewhere close by because I wasnt comfortable driving to my regular mechanic all tge way in Brooklyn. The guy that was supposed to be working on my car (Mohammed if I remember correctly) had a very bad attitude from the minute I drove up. As a female going to a mechanic shop I always expect to have a harder time getting stuff done than if I had brought/sent a male in to handle it but not to this extent. I came in to get a wheel alignment and speed balance, while registering at the front desk, he came in yelling at another mechanic saying that I couldnt get it done because of my tires, so I asked what happened and he storms out without even acknowledging that I asked him a question. Then after speaking with the other mechanic about the situation we came to the agreement that I would still get it done even thou due to my tire size it wouldnt come out perfect.So I registered and was sitting in the waiting area I see Mohammed get into my car to move it to the work area. Please tell me why this man floored the car to get it 50 ft away in the work area after I told them that the steering wheel was skipping due to a tie rod change I had done the day before. Im not a complainer so I just ignored it and let it go cause I didnt want to cause anymore problems. Then I see him come back to me a few minutes later and said that he couldnt work on the car because of there was a wheel lock. I had just bought the car recently and had paid to get the wheel locks taken off but unbeknownst to me they had only removed the front ones, so when I explained that to him he just once again walked off without saying anything to me.So I called my friend to speak with him to see if he could get something out of him to see what could be done. So I went looking for Mohammed and asked him to speak to my friend to see if the conversation would go better and it did not. He had an attitude the didnt present a resolution in any way and he ONCE AGAIN, walked away mid conversation while on the phone with my friend without any regard. My friend told me that I should leave and go to my regular mechanic to get it done because of his attitude and the prices they were charging were too much. But I wasnt comfortable driving all the way to Brooklyn with the wheel skipping and it was raining heavily. I was left to find someone else to speak with to find out what can be done. When speaking with the other mechanic again he explained why the wheel lock would cause me to not be able to get the speed balance on all 4 tires and that I could still get it on the front and I would still help with the vibrations on the steering wheel. So we decided to do that.All in all I fully understand that my car had issues that would lead to the results not coming out perfect and I accept that. But theres a way to speak to people and Mohammed doesnt have the first idea od how to do this. Not because he works with cars doesnt mean he doesnt need to have good customer service. I will DEFINITELY NOT be going back here for any services what so ever

Dont go! I needed an inspection they were hitting the tires on my Benz with a hammer then started taking them off told me i needed all kinds of stuff...I flatly refused and went to a reputable place and it passed with flying colors! DONT TRUST THEM.

This auto shop receives 5 of MY stars. The employees are never an inconvenience and they always do their best to ensure that my car is on and off the lift in a timely fashion. The work is superb and everyone is all smiles- I do not go to any other shop!

Was seen right away. Gave me options and I waited 20mins to get my issue fix because there were customers ahead of me. Staff friendly and respectful.

Inspection was done and didnt have a long wait. Cool.

Ive been here 4 times. They get you in and out...went for my oil change at 8:05AM on a Saturday...was done by 8:40 !!! Everyone is very courteous & professional. The mechanics take the time to explain what they are doing to your car... they also make helpful suggestions. I never feel forced to do additional svcs. I would highly recommend them...I will be back Great Place !!

Drove 25 mins to come here just to get my inspection done yesterday. These guys are the best - super friendly and amazing service! They squeezed me in last minute to get my inspection done before it expired this month. Would recommend this place to anyone who needs new tires or needs to get their inspection done on their car.

Didnt like their services went to get a wheel alignment it turned out I needed rods so they couldnt get the alignment done I didnt mind but at a point the workers was laughing and when I intended to ask questions and told them explain to me first it was one side needed for the rods then it became a joke the worker said no 2 sides he had to ask the mechanic are u sure then it became one side again ... so it made me think that they were out for money and I was not having it so I refused to get the rods and payed just for the service fee what a waste 👎🏽👎🏽

Came here with my own diognostic check engine light. They still charge $75 for diagnosic but refund if u decide to do the work. I believe they jack the price up so high that ull just have to pay and get screwed with sandpaper. Luckily i had other options to go elsewhere. $756 to change canister crv2015

Took my car in to get a flat fixed 1st the guy was having issues removing the tire from the rim so someone came over to show him how to do it.Ok no problem everyone needs to learn .He patched it checked for leaks all good.Next thing I hear is the air gun so I go over to look,tire is mounted back on the car...Excuse me when are you going to balance the the tire.. Ohh I forgot!!! I go inside to tell someone at the desk what had just happened,it was like no big deal.I said does he know how to balance a tire,, response. I Hope So,,of course someone had to assist with that also..Will definitely find somewhere else in the future!!!!

The service is fast and they pay u attention and dont let you stand around looking for help. I had 2nd bent rims and the price was reasonable and the work was done very good. Only $80 per rims. Definitely worth the visit if u have bent rims

I went to get an oil change because thy had a big sign indicating $ 19.99. When they completed the work they charged me $ 35 stating that the advertised deal is only for bulk oil which the sign did not indicate. Over the next couple if days I began noticing oil in my driveway. Not wanting to return to a deceitful service facility I went to my dealer who noted in writing that the oil leak was coming from the oil filter and oil plug as a result of the recent change of oil at ALL ACROSS THE ISLAND. It cost me $ 140.95 to have the oil filter replaced, a new oil change and a cleaning of all the leaked oil over my undercarriage. I brought the invoice with the explanation of the cause of the leak to the manager at All Across the Island Auto and he denied any blame whatsoever. I informed him that I am filing a complaint and his response was do whatever you want.

False advertiser. And HORRIBLE attitude. Oil changing special was $19.99, Brought my own oil instead of their cheap one and they charged me more. Where is the logic?! They are very good at losing customers, will never stop there again. They are just $$ hungry. Dont want loyal customers.

Overall the repair seems good but I was quoted for 600 and ended up paying over 900. I would take my business somewhere else next time.

Not pleased at all, spent 2 hours here just to get my tires changed. And on top of that they try to sell you different services as well. Only came here cause it was so close to my house, I’ve learned my lesson and will take the trip.

I went in for a tire repair. I was told the wait time will be between 20 to 30 minutes. I was there for 1hr and 10 minutes.
