If I could give this place 0 stars I sure would. Went here for oil change 2 weeks ago. Got my car back and next day it broke down. When I looked under the car it was full of oil. Checked the engine and there was no oil left in the car. When I called and spoke to my advisor Damian he said it must be a different issue. First when I called and spoke with their secretary Adriane and I explained what happen she told me I can bring in the car next month. I told her I am leaking oil and you guys changed it yesterday. She still said she has no appointments. I called roadside and got the car towed to one dealer who Didnt want it cause they said South Shore Hyundai did oil change and it looks like they messed up and it needs to go back there. Had the car towed there. When I arrived I spoke with Damian and told him about what happen. His managed Joe came and I explained everything to them. I was getting married next week and had all my suits in the car. Told them I need a car they told me to call Hyundai and they will reimburse me. Didn’t even offer to help me get to a rental car. Had to call a friend to drive me and get car rented. 2 days later I call and all get is attitude from secretary telling me that Issah is going to call me. Called 3 more times and was told they got my message and will call me when they have time. Drove by on Sunday and saw my car just sitting in the parking lot. Called about 10 times monday morning and no one would answer the phone so i decided to stop by. When I arrived Issah somehow recognized me and said he has an update. He told me to wait in Joe office. Saturday there and never met with Joe. Issah told me that apparently it was a faulty o ring in the filter. I asked if it was a mechanic issue and he said it could have been. Told him i need a ride to airport cause i am paying for rental. Also asked why no one called me with any update on the car. His answer was that Damian had a family emergency. But i mean dont they have a manager who should have some one else call or at least call himself. I asked about the rental expenses which ended up around $800 since it was a weekend rental and from airport. He said submit it to Hyundai from which I still haven’t heard back. I will never go back here again because they cant even do an oil change correctly. Managers dont care how you get home or wont even speak to you. I am filing a big complaint to Hyundai. I use to work on my old cars and when you change oil first thing you do is check for leaks. Apparently they dont care here. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. They dont appreciate customer here. Once they break your car they will have your car sitting there without calling you that its ready because they dont care if you need a car or not.

Do not take your car here. Took mu car to them and said there was a problem. They kept it for days and came back saying it was the transmission. 4K later we have them do the work. Once we get the car back we notice that there is still something wrong and the left side shorted out electrically. We take it back and they say, opps we did not connect a wire and that just the battery needs replacement. We replace the battery, receive the car back and yet the problem persists. Now they call us saying that it needs a new engine that is worth 10k but that they will see what they can do about the price. Problem is, had I known it was more than 5k worth of problems I would have not had them fix it. Instead I spent 4 k and now they want more and I have no choice because now I’m already invested. This is not the first time we have had issues with this place. Buyer beware, they just want to ale your money. Do not waste your money on so much incompetence.
Its not bad i have a 2019 santa fe been doing oil changes for 45.00 with tax plus free coffe and bagels if you there before 11am lol....coffee is not from strbks but its descent anyway. I am including a pic of how to clean these damn plastic trims on tje hyundai ..they look ugly if not cleaned ..car wash makes them look worse..dont clean at car wash places
Had an 11am appointment for an oil change, cat went into the garage at 11, came out at 1pm. 🤷🏽♂️. Guess thats the average wait at a dealer as Honda use to do the same.
They misdiagnosed my cars problem. Made me pay for and order parts that werent needed totaling $550.00 dollars, plus the $150.00 for misdiagnosing the problem. Called 10 Minutes later to cancel parts. Was told they couldnt cancel them. Told them I would dispute the charges on my account. Their reply was you gotta do what you gotta do. I called my credit card company and disputed the charges. Called back and asked to speak with service manager. Was told he would call me back. Never heard from him. My advice is to steer clear and as far away from this dealership / service dept as far as possible. Also filed a complaint against them with consumer affairs.What a bunch of disgraceful human beings they have working here .
Wont be returning to this location for service (Thanks Hunter!). Not only was I 30 minutes late for work, my questions were never answered. I did not receive a rundown or follow-up, in other words, details about my car like I would in Virginia. I only wanted to know WHY the radio shut off during my drive and WHY the car didnt start when I turned the key in the ignition. POSSIBLY my battery was changed in the remote, I dont know for sure. 2 stars because the gentleman in the garage where youd pull up acknowledged me and did a car battery test (although I told him it was new as of July/Aug). He stated that it was very good, doh! Maybe his hood got in the way of my words that were uttered just moments before. Anyway, not the worst experience, but felt like there wasnt much care either. Hopefully, my car wont shut off in the parking lot at work again or in the middle of the highway (L.I.E) getting there. Thanks.
Brought my car in for a oil change at 7:30 it’s now 9:30 and it’s still in the lot. Good news tho it’s next to go it 🥴. If there was less than one star I would give them
