Upon entering the store, I was greeted by pleasant and helpful staff. She asked what brought me in and assisted me with locating products of interest. This made my shopping experience quick and organized.

My most favorite place to visit. I like the fact that I get coupons emailed to me all the time and I get to test products at the sink. The staff is friendly at check out and it almost always seems like they are happy to help and scan my discounts without snickering or acting annoyed.

I went in to purchase the travel size lotions and there was a young lady stocking it up and I asked her is this the only section for the travel size lotions and she said yes and kept the section blocked off so I couldnt look at or reach for any so I left. Bad customer service.

I went in Bath and Body in Green Acres just to grt Cabana Breeze.which smells lovely and its one of the few fragmances rhat doesnt give me a bad reaction and ot allergic to. After looking around for it for ten minutes and didnt see it i decided to ask the two customer girls who were having their own private conversation when i came in. I asked about the.product and i was told they dont have it. I need help please help me find it.

Just a regular bath and body works store. They had a sale when k went and the store wasnt a mess like some stores become when they have huge sales. The staff are there to help, but theh dont seem to ask you if you need help with anything. Theyre just there to help if you ask them to help you.

Poor quality and ingredients change in their body soap products - Has anyone else noticed a drastic change in the quality of Bath & Body Works body soap? It has always been my fave but in the last year or two it has changed a lot. It takes a good 4-5 times more soap to get a little lather and the lather last only a few seconds and breaks down (means you have to pour even more on), the scent is almost non-existent. It use to be more rich, enough so you could shave with it. Now it is like slightly thick water.

Love the product. You just have to wait for a great sale
