I would give 0 stars if I could..Many of my friends have received a Hotspot device & service due to covid from the EBB agency I decided to visit a local store in Valley Stream for the same offer. After being approved and activating the service I was presented with a bill after initially being told it was free. I was also told if I dont take it my approval is not transferable to another store and I will no longer be eligible. After paying against my better judgment I went home and researched about this process. I found out that the store is paid by the agency for all charges including the device and I should have never been charged. I returned the device, canceled service 2 days later and returned the device but, the Mgr/Owner refused to refund my money for the transaction, so he potentially is going to get paid Twice for a transaction that was canceled. TERRIBLE customer experience from withholding information to holding me hostage to the transaction.If this is reflection of Boost mobile client service Buyer Beware and Stay Away!!!! #buyerbeware

The worst ever. I been a customer since 2006 and Ive never had such a horrible worker. Cindy was the only one there. I called 1st and she was so miserable i told her she didnt sound like she wanted to be there and she outright said no I dont. As dumb as I am I went over there. Thinking she was w a customer, she was with a friend. I waited 15 minutes and finally said something. She still wasnt interested in asking (3)of us why we were standing there. The most unprofessional unhappy unhelpful little girl Ive ever encountered. Im shocked. I am seriously considering leaving boost after 13 years with them. Im going to pursue speaking to someone about this girls inability to do her job

This is the first time I have encountered such an incompetent location. Their only answer is contact customer service. My mistake in thinking if you work there, you must know what youre doing. Manager is off site and when called, his answer? contact customer service. Their troubleshooting skills are nil, their customer interaction zero. Going to T-Mobile, where they know how to take care of their customers. Save yourself the aggravation....DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION

He is disrespectful person who should never be able to speak to people as a customer of boost service I will never recommend this store to anyone not to mention its 86 degrees and humid out but there is no A.C. on. This will be my last month with Boost Mobile
