This place is clean and people were helpful. HOWEVER, I didnt like the fact that I was charged $29.99 service fee when I spent over $200 in merchandise, so in other words I am paying a fee to the store for me to buy something but no one informs you of this charge before hand. Also, it does not say that its not a corporate store, when I called Verizon they told me its not a corporate store and I should have gone to one instead. Verizon also does not take care of the activation fees like I was also told.I understand a company needs to make money but you should be upfront with your customers and explain the fine print or at least have fine print for me to read before I make a decision.

I deleted in error (or thought I deleted) years of pictures and videos from my cellular device. I walked into the Verizon store located in the Green Acres Mall in Valley Stream, NY. Pictures and videos of my daughters birth up until she was about 3.5 years old I thought were gone forever. Walking into the store without an appointment, I assumed I was going to be told that I needed to set an appointment due to COVID restrictions. But SATCH (not sure of the correct spelling) proved me wrong!! After hearing my issue, he held my phone for less than 5 minutes and resolved the problem! I feel like Im in debt to Satch!! THANK YOU SATCH ....ONCE AGAIN!!To Whom It May Concern, SATCH AND THAT ENTIRE OFFICE NEED PAY RAISES OR BONUSES!!!!

Walked in just to take a look at my options to upgrade and walked out with a new phone! They pulled up my account and found a trade in deal that made upgrading to the newest iPhone extremely affordable. Transferred over my information for me and all was good. David and Dill were extremely helpful and really know what they’re talking about!

Great customer service! Sent my dad in to get a new phone, English isnt his first language nor is he the most tech savvy guy. Dave took care of him, explained how to use the new Iphone 12, coming from a 7 previously and made sure he was setup properly before leaving the store. Again, great service! 5 stars.

Rahul was extremely helpful and gave me every discount available because I am a teacher. I highly recommend this store and associate when going to Verizon.

I came in with a completely dead phone. David, one of the associates at this location really gave the best effort to help me in my dilemma. Although they couldn’t get my phone back on line David sure gave me the thorough suggestions on which phone would be best for me. He knew I did know want to spend a kidney on the phone but I still wanted to best for my buck. I was super stressed but David made it a smooth experience. I visited this Verizon at Green Acres Mall to ascertain how to fix my phone. The Google Play Store disappeared off of my phone one day. When I went in with my family, I was greeted by a friendly gentleman but I did not catch his name. He then passed me on to Dil. It turned out that I was overdue for an upgrade. Dil was professional, trustworthy and down-to-earth. He was patient for the entire process and gracefully answered all of my questions while handling other customers. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DIL !!!! 👍🏾⭐***Dil, if you are reading this, youre THE best and I wish you nothing but the best going forward! :)

We visited the Verizon store in Green Acres shopping.. Been getting our phones there since we tossed our soup cans and string.. Jay greeted us and asked how he could help No Pressure sales. He showed us the new line of phones and gave us proper guidance..explained the new plans and a a Verizon customer he put a package together that made sense, set up a repair to get my aux cell screen replaced. With an appointment set. He set up the new phones and wipped the data off the old, took the time aclaimate to the new features..and this is why all my communication needs are met by Verizon...thank you so much

After 3 years of holding on to my iphone 8 I finally upgraded. The representative in the store “Dil” really gave me top notch service. I first went in because my service had been terrible. I was unable to connect to Instagram, tumblr and zoom meetings for work. He quickly realized my cellular data was off for each one. He then asked why not upgrade my phone.He talked about giving up my phone for a new one and I was reluctant. But after some youtube videos i went back the next day and he handled everything smoothly! Multitasking with 2 other customers all the while making sure all my data was transferred. Patient and thorough in giving me the run down for payment and everything. Dil deserves a raise, clearly an experienced Verizon customer service rep! Thank you again Dil

My boyfriend went in there this afternoon to get a new SIM card put in his phone to active his phone after having some technical issues. Mind you I called Verizon customer service over the phone early morning to find out what steps I would have to take to get a new SIM card and Verizon customer service agent told me go to my local Verizon which is in green acres mall and to explain everything and they put it in there notes so he be able to get his SIM card. Point is he was told they could not help him that there computers were down so he had to go else were. Complete lies if they computers was down they would be able to service anyone else as well. They just did not want to help him because it’s not a sale or money involved for them. I will never go here again nasty service. I will let Verizon customer service know as well about how he was treated. I have had Verizon for years and I never had no issues at one of there stores.

I upgraded my mothers phone and brought the device home to activate it and had issues activating it. I brought it back to a different verizon store and instead of looking at the device to even see what the issue was, the representative said we dont repair phones go to apple.... I JUST BROGHT THE PHONE LESS THAN 24 HOURS AGO HOW CAN YOU NOT HELP ME ACTIVATE IT. My mother is 60 years old and she had to have apple walk her through a simple step. Shes a veteran and I appreciate how they wouldnt even look at the phone... thanks verizon 😃

Had to return to store, first experience was great, friendly woman greeted me and explained my issue. I returned a few hours later to be treated like a fool and was told basically I was #$%^ out of luck. Called customer support was able to sort out issue quickly with something I was told manger should have known. Disappointing to say the very least. This corporate store is a joke.

For some reason weve been having not the best service with Verizon from the moment we signed up. After complaining month after month, they finally did a test and realized that there was bad coverage in our area. Verizon decided to let us out of our contract and all we had to do was return the two devices. We did return the devices and switched to at&t, now months later Im being sent to collection for an about of $1192.47 because the reps at this location didnt properly noted that my devices were returned. My fiance finally found a picture of the receipt he took back on Apr 2nd when he returned the phones and decided to go to the store today as we were told by costumer service over phone and now hes saying that if Im not physically there, theres nothing that can be done. Im currently 7 months pregnant, not feeling well and I dont think its fair to be inconvenienced about coming into the store to verify when he has the receipt and he was the one in the first place to return the phones without my ID and without me being there. I dont understand if I did my part in returning the phones as soon as we discontinued the services why should I be inconvenienced for Verizon messing up and why should I have to be sent to collection for something that wasnt even my fault and properly noted by the manager that accepted the phones (Ukwuori) on that day. Even he was a little confused that Verizon was letting us out of our contract because most companies only allow you to return the phones within 14 days and pay a restocking fee. I think corporate needs to be on the same page with their stores and educate their reps on situations were people are let out of their contracts for poor coverage area and how to properly return devices without me having the headache of this going on my credit report, something Ive been working so hard to maintain a great score.
