Horrible customer service. Shop Elsewhere

I got 4 lines and great deal with trade in offer with qualified phones. I got 4 lines for $140 and I recieve 4 phones i.e. 12 mini for free after trade in. I trade iphone 8 and 8 plus and I also got 25% discount on my bill bcoz i am a first responder the guy name is daniel he is very good and explained everything very nicely... very polite and good people...

This place is shady. Do not go here. Tried selling me a broken phone for 300$. The guy daniel who runs the place is useless and doesn’t care about customers. The lady working had an attitude. Been shady for years and still is. Do NOT recommend!

This ATT is super quick and efficient. I had a great experience. Switched my phone from metro PCS to ATT and the man who helped me was great! Fabulous customer service.

So I walked in here hoping to get an upgrade and also add a new like to my plan. This was back in October. I was told not to pay the first bill and bring it back to them so that they could adjust the activation credit. Well that never happened and continued to ignore my calls text messages and also in person visits to the store. November went by and here we are st the end of December and they continue to ignore my calls. My phone was actually cut off for non payment. The girl at the store has a very nasty attitude like I owe her something and the Indian guy is useless. I will be complaining to att and also BBB. Bad experience and service. Been with att for 15 years and never experienced this sort of unexcuseable ignorance.

Obnoxious owner and workers, who leave out important information. Very misleading. They try to bully you into getting the service theyre trying to sell, whether its good for you or not. My entire family left AT&T because of them.
