I Couldnt find the sneakers I wanted but not a bad place to buy some nice sneakers

Bought Jordan retro 11 on Friday for my son and my son didnt like them so I went to return them the next day and the store mangers accused me of wearing them until he bought another pair to show me the difference. Then he realized they wear the same. He accused me without knowing his own product. I will never buy from this location again.

High energy service and great customer service.

It was very upsetting because I always go to footaction but the employees were doing nothing and I couldnt even get any service even after I tried to get someones attention so I took my business somewhere else. Those employees that were here today really dont even deserve that star but to post I have to at least give them one

They have great shoes and sneakers in all sizes plus it might do for the summer thats happening, so come on down to shop til you drop and to wear if you feel dear.

I have been trying to get ahold of customer service from this store but nobody ever answers or it is busy . I live in California and this store is New York someone used my card information to buy from this store and when I tried to cancel the order since it shows on my card that the transaction is still pending but I cant get ahold of customer service or get anybody to answer the phone. BAD BUSINESS I wouldve given O stars or -10 but it wouldnt let me post my review unless I picked at least 1 star SMH!!

My wife and I bought the Jorden Retro 11 platinum tint/university red for my son and I on Friday as a surprise. He wanted matching sneakers but he didnt like them so I went the next day to return my sons pair. The manager of this store accused us of returning worn sneakers because he stated the sneakers are completely white in the bottom. We told him they wear not worn. So to prove to us they were worn, he brought a new box from the back. Thats when he relize that how the sneakers were created. We didnt even get an apology for his incorrect accusations and lack of knowledge of his product. I will never buy from this store again.

Watch out they will steal from you and not get the purchsaes.... They dont stop orders and you can never get a holdof anyone at the store... The phone is always busy..... The store really is a loss....
