For the most part everyone can agree that since the pandemic, good customer service is difficult to find. However, my experience at this LensCrafters (location valley stream) gave me a sense of the good old days where employees enjoyed and were passionate about their jobs. About a week or two ago I visit the establishment and was greeted by one of their employees, Angie. She was bubbly and professional. I was looking for some chic trendy within my budget frames. Angie gave her patience, knowledge and her genuine feedback on all the frames. Her customer service was natural, not forced. She made great suggestion and until finally I picked a pair of frames. Overall the experience was awesome I would suggest anyone who wants a good pair of specs or any type of eye wear visit this location and see Angie, she is super awesome!!!

Great and patient service. i had a hard time looking for glasses that suit my face but luckily i found a perfect fit! I’d recommend Ms Hamna, she was really nice and cooperative. I would definitely come back here in the future! Thank you so much !!

My glasses are very expensive due to the prescription and the kind of eye protection I needed. The gentleman had to go…So Fabienne took over and gave me many options and the experience was quick and painless ! She took the time to explain everything in detail, had tons of patience with my insurance and expedited the process to the best of her ability since I had to travel the following week. Also, preventive measures were in place, all frames are disinfected after trying them on, there is hand-sanitizer everywhere and everyone is wearing their masks. I’m the type of customer that has very high expectations and I can assure you they blew it out of the park. Very recommended!

I went for an eye exam and saw Dr. Chung. I was impressed with the way he explained what he was doing and why. The rest of the staff was nice and attentive. I only had to wait about 5 minutes. I was satisfied and ended buying my glasses there because of their service.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this lenscrafters location. This was mainly due to the assistance I received from a very kind employee. If you do end up making your way to this location, I HIGHLY recommend you ask for Humna to assist you. Not only was she able to deal with my excessive indecisiveness, she did so with a smile (dont worry she was wearing a mask, but I could tell she was smiling 😛) and a genuine excitement. I have never had an employee take the time to REALLY help me find the perfect frames for my face. It was a breath of fresh air to receive the service I received here at lenscrafters and I will definitely be back very soon. I just hope that Humna is there the next time I go. After all, she made me beautiful!
