Very pleasant and positive experience. Got an eye exam here as I needed a prescription for contact lenses. The process was very well organized, the staff was friendly and the optometrist Dr Nigam was very patient and very efficient with the whole process. Highly recommend getting the exam here.

I went there to get glasses for myself, but the people working with there, were having a family talk, and made me wait for more than 15 minutes. And, when I get serious, there were very rude, didn’t properly speak, and made excuses on my prescription, and didn’t welcome me inside. I would ask the manager to work with the vision staff at Walmart, and at least ask them to keep their cloths clean.

The doctor and staff were polite and respectful. wait times very short and Dr. Nigam goes the extra mile to help. highly recommend this place

I had a great experience at Walmart vision center in valley stream. The staff were great, and the optometrist Dr. Nigam was wonderful. I went on a friday morning around 11am. It wasnt crowded, and the eye examination and choosing glasses frame seem to go quickly. I would definitely go back next year!

Horrible horrible experienceThey broke my Ray Ban frames tring to put the lens in.Told me it was at my on risk using frames I didnt buy from them.I make a fuss and they replaced them.Never will go there again.
