This location is awful! Every time I enter this establishment I am followed! Rite Aid why don’t you offer to help me instead?RiteAid be better! Tonight the young lady at the register was in tooMuch of a rush to wait until I took out my member savings card, as A result I didn’t get my coupon.Also people always follow me around in there it’s so weird I can’t get used to it especially since Ive been frequenting there for many years now. I’m a regular customer. Online prices are good BUT actual store prices are outrageous. I didn’t find what I was looking for and what I DiD buy, I got no bag for so shuffling everything around into my purse I lost my debit card and had to spend a time of panic trying to deactivate my account.( I’m hard of hearing/ deaf) so not a good experience .. so stressful. Perhaps this young lady was a new employee and inexperienced Ive never seen her there before, so who knows?Not my favorite place to shop

Worst customer service. I dont think they know what they are doing. I ordered 2 times photos prints . Both time they are lost and could not find and they have a very nasty attitude. I told that I am going to write a review. I dont think they care

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Customer service in the pharmacy is horrible!! Rude, Rude, Rude. First, there isnt enough employees in pharmacy. Then you have a rude and never appropriate person answering the phone and handling customers. This is an ongoing problem and complaints are never handled.

Very convient and good late place to get snacks.

Worst pharmacy ever, every time I go there its a problem and why would you send me a text message for two days stating my prescription was available for pick-up, but when I get there you say oh my medicine isnt ready yet
