Very helpful with customs.Kristin Hanel saved the day! Had a live animal shipped from Russian to JFK. I did not realize a custom broker was needed and therefore did not have one set up prior to the arrival of my cat. Called Kristen the evening my cat came in. She was able to take me into her office immediately. Walked me through the whole paper process and get the forms submitted in no time. I had to call Shaun at HW St John & Company last minute to help expedite the process of picking up my new kitten from overseas. I worked with Ann to organise the customs clearance of a personal shipment of household effects and personal effects when I moved from Australia to NYC. I also used HW St John to deliver the goods once they cleared customs. The shipment cleared customs late in the afternoon and was delivered the same day. I actually reached out to quite a few brokers for this, and Ann was the most responsive and helpful person to work with.

I had to call Kristin last minute to help me to pick up my puppy. She didn’t only helped me, but she also transferred me to one of the best employees; her name is Ann not only did Ann provide me an awesome customer service, but she also helped me after hours to complete a process that I didn’t know about. Ann didn’t rest until I got my puppy. Me and my wife thank her so much for all the hard work she put. I highly recommend H W St John & Company they have some of the greatest people!!!

I had a piece of crated artwork arriving JFK from Seoul. As a complete neophyte I had no idea how to import and freight this item to Massachusetts. I found HW St John by a google search. They were immediately responsive and proposed their services. Item arrived JFK on a Sunday, at was at my house Thursday morning. Great service. To be recommended.

Great company to work with. I work with Leanna and Greg and they have been great. I import iron valves from Europe averaging 1 to 2 shipments per month and I no longer worry about importing products. Previously I spent hours each shipment. I now let them take care of it all!

HW St. John is an amazing company a couple of years ago they saved my bacon with a last minute import I had. Leanna is amazing to work with and I know I never have to worry about anything once I notify her of an upcoming import. They always have time to help explain any questions that I may have and I trust them to give me honest advice and professional recommendations. They are a great broker to work!
