They fool customers and make customers eat demurrage occurred at the port. The fact is that their documentation person (sister in law) makes mistakes constantly and causing shipment delay and extra money. Ken is not an honest man. They charge multiple entry fees on your shipment even though its under one master. They are not allowed to do so. Do not use this customs broker.
