First of all really great prices as they are currently having some great specials. Got some cute jewelry at a fantastic rate. Staff were very friendly and the store is very clean and spacious. The store is clean and well organized. However, they are overpriced. You can get a $200 or $300 item here at Macys for like $80 or $100.

I never stepped foot into this store until today for my daughter graduation dress and guess what... I walked out with a prom dress and a graduation dress as well as a suit for my son picture day which is tomorrow. All under the price of $125. I am amazed and excited that I was able to get all of this without store hopping for each person. FAMILY ORIENTED and FOR ALL OCCASIONS. THANK YOU CENTURY 21

Just came out of this store after already deciding I was going to purchase a white Valentino tote. Didn’t care about price just wanted a white Valentino bag. That’s all. They had one bag in stock and it was dirty/damaged- 3 different spots, two makeup and one black spot.Sales associate was nice she said she will check to see if I can get a different one that is clean or offer a 10% discount to cover the cleaning cost. I asked if I can order it online she said no they don’t do that in store. I went online from my phone there and they did not have the white color available for purchase online either.General Manager Santiago came and said he cannot see the spots and was disgustingly nasty. I wasn’t negotiating I just wanted the white bag. The sales associate was more interested in the discount which made sense and I thought was very thoughtful of her so I didn’t have to pay for the cleaning cost out of my pocket.I walked out of the store because I cannot believe the blatant disregard by this “manager” who plays blind right in front of your face and left both me and the sales associate dumbstruck.This person should not be working in customer service much less be able to sell luxury brands.Valentino made a horrible mistake selling in century 21.Disappointed Valentino customer.

Nice Centurys. They have a bigger selection than I imagined, however children clothing selection is very small. Customer service is always impeccable. If they had a bigger children sections Ill probably be in there everyday!

Recently visited the store .My mom she purchased some tea cups with saucer unfortunately we didnt find the box to keep it .At the billing section which is at the ground floor they said we can only wrap it in a paper .We cannot provide you any box or carton to keep those set of cups .I mean it is ridiculous I am spending $100 approx and I just have to carry it the way it is that is insane.We spoke to the supervisor her name is Keisha she was rude and refuse to help us.I would like to ask the store managers why do you sell the products if you do not have the sufficient arrangements to pack it .Bill receipts will be provided if anyone needs .Unfortunately I have to get the refund right away after making a purchase .Guys do not buy any crockery set from there until unless you do not have the surety how you will take it back to home !Good Luck !

When Daffys and Syms closed theirs door I got worried, where am I going to get quality name brand cloths at prices below retail level? Then I found Century 21 and now I live their. Very nice place with very friendly staff, huge selection of clothes for all ages and the prices are very affordable. This is a plus, thumbs up.

I visited this store at 9pm very disappointing that I ask a manager Eursula for a price mark down or take off on pair of shoes which were cuffed and marked. She denied me my request and said she didn’t see anything wrong with them when clearly You can see the marks and she walked right off. Why should I pay full price on a damage item. Never been to a Century 21 store before but I have to admit I was surprised at the great selection of clothes for all ages at such good prices. I was able to get alot of my items on sale. Century 21 also has coupons that can be used either online or in store.The only downside to.my visit was that I had to search the store for an employee when I had a question.

I love Century 21 Department stores! I usually leave Brooklyn and visit the Westbury, but not anymore! My favorite location is now Green Acres Commons! I have purchased designer tuxedo, dress shirts, t-shirts, boxer briefs, socks, dress coats, pants, jeans... etc. They have everything you can think of. I have to admit, Westbury has a greater selection and more choices!

Decent store, prices and products are good. Not as good as a selection as the Bay Ridge Bklyn branch, but still decent.1star because the checkout line is always a pathetic mess. I avoid this store, since the cashiers love to chit chat with each other and the checkout process is a lengthy tedious nightmare. Every single time - even in the middle of the day when there is NOONE on line. !! Stay away.

My experience was bitter sweat came to century21 for the first time and was greeted by an Handsome manager by the name of Nelinton he was very kind and welcoming. Then was greeted by a young lady by the name of Raheesa she was very sweet she offered me a shopping cart and ask if I would like any assistance and I told her not really then she asked not to hesitate if I needed help so I took her up on her offer and she helped me choice a basket filled with handbags and fragrance which I was completely happy and satisfied with and everything she recommended. She was very patient and kind and she made my first visit awesome 👏🏽. She’s an example of a great customer service rep. Then here comes the the bitter part I walked pass two group of workers who appeared to be managers I greeted twice and no one answered it was a short heavy set man and a Caucasian woman with blonde hair that was very disappointing given the service I receive from Nelinto And the young lady, and it was confirm by a gentleman in kids area that those were store manager . Then got to register where I was greeted by a nice Jamaican lady Keisha big ups to you great experience with her but disappointed that the cashiers were talking and cursing not appropriate at all . Thanks to the few who made my visit worth it and those two mangers boss needs to know that the people running the store is rude and not so welcoming.

My experience here was terrible, horrible no good, very bad the cashier by the name of Essence was rude disrespectful, unprofessional, incoherent & ignorant. I asked to pay my charge card 1st, than make a cash purchase, well SHE opted for me to do my cash purchase 1st & rang up my purchase. When I realized she rang me up before I paid my charge card I made mention & tooth a deep breathe & rolled her eyes and began to say it didnt matter either way, how dare she not knowing WHY I opted to do the way I asked after all its my money I am the customer right? Now; heres where it gets fun, she asked for my charge card I told her I never received one could she account look up, she replied I cant just look it up its a lot of fraud 1st of all Im making a payment not a purchase & I said I was paying cash for my other items..@%!%? Im confused. At that time she refused to take my phone number & allow me to punch in the last four digits of my social which brings up my license photo as CENTURY 21 cardholders know, my address which I can confirm & birth date & again I doubt its heightened fraud on individuals making PAYMENTS on other people credit cards. So, she insisted I show her my license which I did she said now take it out, I asked that she doesnt speak to me like a child, she at that time called her manager over to say Dont we gotta ask for I.D?, the manager side eyed her & said yes, we should, so I said U guys dont account look up by phone number, she replied Not any more (manager was African American, black rim bifocals) . Last night Feb 28, 2019, I go into Century 21 to once again pay my bill hating the store now, still keeping up my end & paying the bill, you know doing the right thing. I enter & long behold its Essence at the register & the SAME MANAGER, I said Well Jesus here we go again, Guess who called next yes, folks ESSENCE, greeted her & told her my intention to make a payment she took me through the whole rigamaroe as above & when she attempted the card declined, this is weird I just looked its $466 in that account my payment Im attempting now is $60. Ok, maybe its me we all make mistakes, Ill go to the ATM, the one in Green Acres on the 2nd floor out of order, ok, found one in the mall & long behold the availbe balance is $466. I go back in, get back in line Deja calls me I told her I would like to make a payment Do You Know What She Said May I Please Have Your Phone Number So I Can Do An Account Look Up? I gagged, gave her my #, she saw my photo, I confirmed my address she typed in $60 I swiped my card & wouldnt u know it Approved!!!! Essence watched the whole transaction in horror because it validated that she was being ignorant, unprofessional, nasty, and an overall disgusting representation of Century 21, did I fail to mention that when I expressed to her she was being difficult & unprofessional she said really Well Im Employee Of The Month Seriously, u should be fired for ur disrespect & not honored or acknowledged had I walked out she would have cost Century 21 money, a payment customers opt to hold Centurys charge card We DONT Have To. Hope this is acknowledged by upper management if u guys dont have audio at the register u definitely have visual & her body language, the way she handled my purchases slinging them will tell a tale in itself, if I could give a -0 I would it doesnt deserve a 1 star it was deplorable!!!!!!

I left my phone in the mens department two guys picked up my phone and it security there along with the Nassau County Police help me get my phone back great group of guys

There is a very wide variety of things you could find in century 21. If burlington had a big sister, it would have been this place. The staff is great but alot of the things are unorganized and its a little confusing. This store is also located in the Green acres Mall. You could get really good sales on really good items.The q5 Green acres and the Q85 could take you here.
