The best experience I have ever had in a jewelry store. Customer service is second to none. The manager (Michele)was unbelievably patient and helpful and help us pick out the perfect pieces.

Had a great experience. Krystal went out of her way to help us find a particular ring for our wedding, even searching online and calling other stores. She showed us true, genuinely heartfelt caring and very personalized service. Didnt end up getting the ring from her store because it wouldnt be in on time for the wedding, but wanted to find a way to recognize Krystal for her exceptional service and representation of Kay Jewelers.

Due to the whole COVID all stores where shut down and the sales associate jocelin was an amazing help to me she went out of her way to find the perfect piece . I found the perfect gift for my wife with her help and gave me an amazing deal. Her customer service was amazing! I went here twice. The first time was to pickup earrings for my granddaughter. I ordered the infant back and I insisted one of the backs was damaged. The sales person was so ghetto I just took them. I just couldn’t deal with her attitude. Went back to get it replaced and they wanted to sell me another type of back. I asked the girl to please get me the same piece. Didn’t even bother to look at the receipt and said she couldn’t do anything for me. She treated me as though I was trying to get it for free. I paid a lot of money for such a cheap replacement piece. This place is very ghetto and they just want to get rid of you so they can just hangout. The 2 times I went I had to stand around and wait for them to finish joking with each other

Always helpful and prices are good. The selection is surprisingly large.Around the holidays they have $20-25 items every couple of weeks. These are worth close to $100. Worth checking out.

Very helpful with jewelry repair.

Lied to me About when you lease they report to credit bureau. Paid off in 90days to own and found out they dont report anything to the credit Bureau. They only report it when you have the store credit card. My credit wasnt good to get the card so she directed me to the by to own opinion saying it will help my credit. Plus my purchase was $900 if I didnt pay it up in 90days I wouldve to pay them $1800. Dont do it run. I was just lucky enough to be able to pay it off. Dont do it run.... Lesson learned

Overall its what I expected a Mall jewelry store with some decent items and I happened to be shopping for mens diamond Rings which they had two or three that caught my eye. But I will say the two young ladies who helped me or excellent they went out of their way to explain things to me and that was appreciated.

Great selection at a low cost. Employees are extremly nice and very courteous to their clients needs!!! Extremly happy with the manager there.. Im sorry but i forgot her name!
