Do not ever go to this store. Bought an expensive ring about a month ago, and the salesperson forgot to give me the box as my wife put in on. Went back a week later to ask for the box, and the manager refused saying that he was not allowed to. (The salesperson was not working that day). Mind you I have been a customer at the store for 15 years and have bought a ton of stuff from them and the manager knows me very well. Went today for a watch, and there was only 2 people working. The manager and another person. Both were with customers so I waited, for an hour. When the manager Mike was done, he skipped over us to take care of someone else. He seems to not be able to see brown people. As I left the store, he tried to call me back. I will never go here again

Whenever you go at 11 its never open and they have you waiting and never say we will be open in just a minute. Also when you call between 11-11:30 they dont answer. Question why open at 11 but dont be ready to open nor answer the phone

Absolutely the worst experience of my life. This review is not specifically for the store in green acres but the company, their shipping procedure and the God awful customer service on chat. So honestly I can not see how the store experience would be any better, unless you are making a purchase in store helping someones commission. Back to my point I ordered a pair of earrings in the middle of August for my newborn niece, to wear as her first actual pair of earrings. From the beginning I was a little weary because it said it would ship out by Sept 30, but my sis did not mind waiting as she cant pierce my nieces ears for a few months and they said they would not charge until it shipped. After waiting that whole time and actually forgetting about them September 30th comes and boom, the money comes out of my acct. Im excited and cant wait to pick them up. I wait for shipping info and nothing, but I get an email explaining to me how to get them cleaned and how amazing the warranty on them is. I call up on October 4th and was told they are on the way to the store. A few days later I go on the chat and am told they are lost with ups and I should call. I honestly thought this would work itself out but foolish me.. No email from Zales explaining anything. No email from ups... NOTHING.. So today October 15th I go back on chat and after a 2hr wait an agent (Amara) comes on I am obviously not still there, I respond in about 30 minutes and I reference the extremely long wait, only for said agent to respond didnt you see my response at 1230. When my original message was at 1030. Anyway after I asked to be transferred I am on with another agent (forgot his name) that refused to give me a refund, but only wanted to tell me about an investigation they had to do... My issue is Im not telling them not to investigate but at this point I want my money back so I can buy these earring elsewhere and they are refusing to do so. The earrings were supposed to be delivered to this Zales so I dont see why I can not receive a refund when this error is between UPS and Zales. I will never shop here again and I recommend anyone reading this to see if you can trust Zales with your money or to have your back as a consumer spend your money somewhere else. Zales is terrible.. Worst experience ever.
Horrible service! Had my brand new diamond ring sent out for resizing, 3 weeks after not hearing any updates to find out my ring was “lost” in transit! And while I’m furious and asking how does that happen?! To be told by the manager” it has happened a few times” wth!! to say they least I would NEVER recommend or return!
The store manager, Mike (Store #574) and associate, Alejandra (Assoc #: 1078728), provided some of the best service I have ever experienced in a retail outlet. My actual reason for going into the store in the first place was to get my finger sized and ask about the lifetime warranty because I was going to purchase a ring from Zales.com. They encouraged me to browse in store first before purchasing online.From their demeanor, to how they entertained our daughter, to ensuring I got a ring that I really liked while staying within my budget -- they made our entire shopping experience amazing. They highly respected my taste and my budget equally and were never pushy or salesy. Their people skills are very effective because I felt like we were building genuine connections. Mike told my husband that for every new ring I get, he has to propose to me again. so now Im looking forward to another surprise engagement even though weve been married already for 8 years!Thank you Mike and Alejandra for being so kind to my family and I and for one of the best, most memorable shopping experiences ever!

I have mixed feeling about this place. Ive encountered nice, friendly staff and also rude ones. Ive walked in to get my ring inspection and cleaned while some staff members are ready to assist, and welcoming there are those (one middle aged west Indian woman) in particular that if you are not buying anything will be dismissive and act like youre interrupting her life. Its a hit or miss with customer service here, but its the closest one to my home which means for now Ill continue to go there.
No one said be right with you to even acknowledge that I was standing there waiting for what seemed like forever. However, once the rep came to take care of me, she was amazing and attentive, patient and kind. So I instantly forgot how awkward it was at the beginning.Go here. Id go again!
I went to zales for an engagement ring not knowing what to expect or what I wanted. I walked in to zales and right away and employee asha ask if I needed help. She took me around the store and show me everything I felt no pressure to buy anything. Asha was very knowledgeable and helped me make a decision. Asha showed great customer service and treated me like family. I give zales 5 stars.
Went into Zales on today and was helped by the Store Assistant Manager Myisha. Ive been deployed overseas for the last year and was unable to take our rings for inspection. My wifes ring had 4 missing diamonds, she loves this ring and didnt want to upgrade. Myisha was able to replace the ring and completed the cleaning, inspection for our other rings. She provided excellent customer service and took care of this Vet.. Thanks Zales

In 2008, my wife purchased my wedding ring with a life time protection plan at Gordons in Neshaminy Mall,Bensalem, PA. A few years ago We relocated to NY and shortly thereafter, the store (Gordons) closed. My ring fell and one of the diamonds went missing. On Sunday 6/2/2019, We went to Zales at Green Acres Mall in Valley Stream to have the diamond replaced. As we entered the store we were greeted with warm smiles and a pleasant welcome from Layla, Sales Associate and Myisha the Assistant Manager. Layla tried to assist us but could not find our information on their system. She gave us the number for Gordons Customer Service Dept. We spoke to a Gordons customer service rep but she was of no help whatsoever.The rep told us there was nothing they could do without the original documents. My wife and I were extremely upset and frustrated that in this age of technology, our information could not be found. As we were about to leave the store Layla said she wanted to check the system again. Her persistence paid off and saved us approximately $200. She found our information and discovered that the telephone number and name in the system were entered incorrectly. She made the correction and updated our data. As we waited, I observed the staff and their interaction with the customers. The Assistant Manager, Myisha, Layla and the rest of the staff were all very pleasant, courteous and professional. We left the store feeling very satisfied with the service we received. Thanks again Layla youre the best!!!

I choose Zales to give a birthday gift to my mother, a mother ring with all of her childrens birthstones. Its something she always said she wanted therefore when it came time to get it for her My sister and I tried to set it up nice and make it special. I called the the morning I was ready to go and order it from the store, because I knew she wouldnt be able to leave the store with a ring we had to get it customized to order. However we wanted her to go to the store get her finger sized, pick out the ring type setting and stone setting as well. When i called the lady said oh Ive never done an order for a mother ring so i dont know how it works i know we have a book but Im not sure. I asked well if we come to the store is there something where she can see her options and pick one out to order she said yes you can come in. I assured her that this is for my mothers birthday and i want it to be special so may you have it ready to look at our options? she said yes. My experience at Zales the diamond store at green acres mall was horrible. We didnt tell our mom she was getting the ring until we were in front of the store like surprise you get to pick out your mother ring today ! She was so shocked and happy when I walked into the store the lady asks if we need help and I said yes I called earliar inquiring about the mother ring we are ready to look at our options. The lady went behind the counter and started flipping through the book for about 10 min when i asked whats wrong she says iv never ordered it before we have to ask my manager. This got me angry because my mother is standing there waiting to do what we just surprised her with and she was not able to. The manager came from the back room or wherever and looked in the book the same way looking dumbfounded. I was so angry and complained about what was going on. At the end of the experience, after the manager got on the website and showed us what my sister and i were doing online while doing our research. We said this is sooo disappointing and we left. We ended up ordering from Kay jewelers instead. If a store is going to have such a wide selection of mother rings to choose from there should be a better way to accommodate what they offer. My first and last time trying to purchase anything from Zales. The manager and all of her staff need to go to training about customer service. And you wont believe the first lady who i spoke to and who tried to help us had the nerve to give us attitude on top of everything else before we left.
ANOTHER horrible experience at this location. The manager is so rude and arrogant. Simply made a purchase on my husbands account and my husband could not pick it up because he was not listed as a pick up person. After speaking with customer service for over half an hour and verifying our identities he still wouldnt allow my husband to pick up our purchase. The manager is rude and arrogant. And disrespectful. He should be fired for the way he treats loyal customers. He is discouraging customers and i myself will stop shopping at zales. After i walked away he started screaming at me, WHAT WHAT? i just turned around and said. Ok.. Im not sure how Zales could hire someone so disrespectful.I dropped ring off to get inspected and cleaned just to find out that it was chipped. Then, they are claiming i never took it for inspections, when i did take it every 6 months! so now they want me to pay almost 5000 dollars for a diamond on my ring and will refuse to cover it since THEY did not put any inspections in the computer. Everyone is rude and disrespectful in this ghetto location! No one uses the computer, they just take your ring and supposedly you get it back and its supposed to be fine. Its not my fault they dont computerize inspections and dont sign off on the papers. This is ridiculous and i need my ring fixed. Rude employees, rude manager, rude service.
Went there last night to just be totally ignored by the only 2 ladies working there. Was there 3 months ago for a diamond tennis and had great service then.
I dropped off my ring to be cleaned/inspected. It was supposed to be ready on the 19th but I didnt receive a call so I decided to call the store to see if it was ready. When I called the lady who answered the phone was so rude and said in a snaky tone oh if you didnt receive a call its not ready. I said well they said it would be ready by the 19 and if you could please check to see if it is. Lo and behold it was ready! She acted like I was inconveniencing her by having her check for me! This location has the rudest customer service reps!
