Anyone who ordered stuff from this store and experienced fraudulent commercial activities. Please leave a message below. We need to group to together and fight back! We need to protest in-front of store and we need to use CONSUMER PROTECTION LAWto protect us. Also I am looking for an attorney to handle it. The store manager(Mike) said just call you lawyer, do whatever you want. This store manager is ridiculous provided a terrible service. He is the main issue. WE NEED TO FIGHT BACK! If we protest it at the store he will get more attention.!

Service is very poor, ordered a sofa set on December 3rd, and they told me it will take 4 weeks to be delivered. I told them that’s okay as I was not in a rush. It’s now January 22nd and still no Sofa and I’ve been Calling the store and no answer. Customer service is poor. I cannot comment on the quality of the furniture as I haven’t received it as yet. I will update the review a few months after the piece has been delivered.

Popped in the store to browse as we were considering replacing a sofa in our den. Had the pleasure of being helped by Ben who was extremely helpful and professional. We ended up leaving with a new sofa, and a new friend! Thank you Ben.

My husband and I just got our new sofa. We couldnt be happier. Delivery was quick and delivery guys were very helpful. They even put our old sofa in the basement for us. Ask for the manager Mike Perez hes such a nice guy and made everything go as planned.

I bought a love suite sofa and its also reclinering and 6 dining chair it looks beautiful at first and now the chair one leg fall off, cant even sit on the sofa, when you sit on it you can feel the spring it hurts you so bad even when you recline the sofa there is a big space your back hurts so bad, I keep calling the store no one answer my calls I do hope I got some help here .I cannot sit on my sofa, I bought it last November, I had a major back surgery. I really need some help thank you

So after reading a few reviews I was nervous to buy from here but the deal was too good to pass up. I ordered a sofa bed and loveseat from the Jennifer Convertibles in Valley Stream and got delivery the same week. No issues, no problems and the manager Mike Perez gave me a free set of sofa bed sheets to thank me giving them a chance. I will definitely be back.

If you heave a piece of furniture from these people that you have had for 10, 15, or even twenty years, what ever you do. DO NOT THROW IT AWAY. That piece you have was made in the USA, have it re-finished re-upholstered. Why? They are now getting their furniture from China and it is pure garbage. If I had known I would have never thrown out my old couch. What a disappointment.

Very disappointed service I had. I bought my bed and coffee table 6 weeks ago. I was told the items will be delivered in 6 weeks. At 6 week I was told the items can be delivered in March. After making me wait for 6 weeks wanted me to wait for 3 months again. Who is this company kidding? I will never ever go back to Jennifer furniture to shop. I would not recommend anyone as well. I was spending $3,8500 on these items. Too bad, loss for the company. Jennifer furniture needs to do better. Improve your service. 👎🏻

Even if you dont happen to purchase anything take a load off in the massage chair and realize it was all worth it. Now go and purchase a beautiful set from a lively employees of Jennifer Furniture

Unprofessional and terrible customer service. We placed a large order with them with specific delivery needs. They have been over 10 days late with their promised delivery date and we have yet to receive our furniture. Every time you call them their phone line comes up as busy and when someone does pick up the associates arent able to provide an update on the status of your order. Last time I called we received a new delivery date, when that date passed and we called back another associate told us shes afraid to provide an inaccurate update so wont tell us anything. Furniture is a big investment and I certainly wouldnt return to them nor recommend them to anyone expecting quality service. They are a complete scam.
