There are currently Four Employee’s working in the store but only Two associates to assist you and the wait time is extremely long . They should not have only Two associates available to sale and complete the purchase this is very strenuous for any customer who is attempting to purchase something. Secondly it’s A Saturday when most Stores have the most traffic there should be associates assigned to complete the sale and associates assigned to assist you this is totally poor Customer Service and I would Definitely not recommend anyone to purchase anything from Pandora at this particular location until they are fully staffed

Nice store with a pleasant set up however they had a limited supply of beads available & they were not able to LOCATE the item I was shopping for. They said that they had it in stock but could not locate it🤦🏽♀️ I purchased 2 beads for my bracelet but I will have to visit another store tolocate the bracelet opening tool I want.
I went there again The sales people are always treating you less than. The wait time is long but I don’t mind that because they clean in between customers. However they don’t value you as a customer if you’re not spending $100’s of dollars. I’m not sure if they work on commission. But when I said I wanted one charm, the snooty sales person said you’re better off buying online she didn’t wanna show me my different price options.I can’t believe there was only ONE $35 charm in the entire store. I’ve been to other Pandora stores and they don’t treat you like how the people at green acres treat you.
My sales rep AMNEET KAUR couldn’t be more unprofessional. I went to the store hoping to find a gift set for my mom. I was informed that they were all sold out. However, she offered to help me find a necklace to match the earrings I had picked. Based on what she showed me, along with the prices, I decided to only go with the earrings. The representative quickly shifted her mood as if I wasted her time. As if buying $75 worth of earrings wasn’t enough. Having worked in customer service for over 10 years, I tried to understand her frustration over the (barely 5 minutes) of her time that I wasted and politely thanked her twice for helping me. She did not acknowledge me nor did she even tell me to have a great evening. All I’m saying is, I know the associates have the pressure to sell but, the also have to be kind towards people. You can’t presume my taste or the amount of money I have in my account available to make a purchase.
The wait is insane. After almost 2 hours to get in the store, I almost changed my mind. The workers are slow, they dont know where anything is, it seems there is not a system that organizes the items. Its pretty much annoying. I had to join to search just to get out of there. However the atmosphere is friendly.
Even though it was a 2-hour wait it was well worth it. The staff was awesome they didnt rush me and answered all my questions.

Ive been wearing Pandora for twenty years before it became popular. Love their jewelry but this location isnt the quality it was over last few years, looks empty, salesperson nor knowledgeable.
This is the second time come here and they insist on closing early, even tho there are ppl waiting on the line. We arrived half an hour before they closed, and one one of their flashy rude sales ppl came out to stare us down while mumbling that they were closed at 7:30 when the doors close at 8:00pm. But because they did not want to leave after 8:00pm they close the line at 7:30pm. And them proceeds to mumble that the store is closed. Not a friendly place at all to want to spend money at. Get you better staff that Lome their job and have better customer service skills!!!!!!

The store in general is nice. The sales associates are also nice, I just feel that with this pandemic going on plus holiday shopping. Patrons should be alloted 15 mins in the store the lines are ridiculously long because people are allowed to browse the catalog. At least make them go outside of the store and browse so people that know what they want can actually shop.

The service at Green Acres Mall is very poor. Standing in the line for hours today, the manager didn’t have the decency to apologize for the long wait. Her tone was one she didn’t care.
Ive been shopping at this Pandora for well over three years now. And just like with any other store when it is crowded there is a long wait However There are two employees that i deal with Specifically. The manager Donna and a sales person Natasha. I cannot speak on how friendly the other young ladies that work there are I just prefer Donna and Natasha. Their product knowledge is outstanding they certainly know how to balance my bracelet unlike other employess at other stores. But as for the person who says the manager is worst I completely disagree..

Came to Pandora in Green Acres on 3/2/2019 at 9:24 and the doors were closed. There were multiple employees there and none of them wanted to open the door when all I wanted to do was a simple pick up. Clearly the website says theyre still open till 9:30pm but I guess they were more interested in going home. As a business man myself thats not good business if you ask me.

Customer service is horrendous. Ive been to this particular store numerous times and the outcome is always the same. Its insanity. Right now Im waiting on a line trailing the length of the wall jist to get a steam clean for one of their bracelets. Ive been waiting for almost an hour and have only moved half way. This will be the last time I ever buy a Pandora item. Its not worth it when you factor in the the service they claim to deliver at the cost of inconvenience. Wish I could give a negative star rating. 👎🏽

The manager was super rude to one of the employees in front of the customers for trying to help us out by cleaning our bracelets. We weren’t aware that we needed to wait in line neither did the employee, he thought since we were there just to clean the bracelets we didn’t need to make the line. She was very rude to him and gave us an attitude as well.She needs to understand how customer service works for her to have that position as a manager she needs to also know how to treat the employees right, with no employees there wouldn’t be any sales.

Extremely UNHELPFUL. I requested to see charms since I went to buy but wasn’t sure which charms I wanted. She gave me a book and every single piece I asked they didn’t have. I then requested to see some silver charms and instead of moving forward to help me she complained that they were a thousand charms and she couldn’t just show them to me.Again, I went to buy and walked out due to the lack of help. First time I visit this store and first time I experience this in a Pandora store.Very disappointed. Will not be returning to this store.

I came in with my mother to buy her a birthday gift and we were very excited at the beginning because there’s so many nice charms there. We selected the ones that we wanted and when it was time to tell the associate kasha which one we wanted she didn’t even say anything to us, she just took the book from us and gave us our items and packed it. She didn’t even greet us and didn’t even ask us if that was all. We really wanted to buy more but her attitude she just looked like she didn’t wanna deal with us. More like she was just brushing us off. The way she packed it and everything just showed she didn’t care at all. Not 1 smile no nothing. They should make customers feel like we want to come back not never come back at all and kasha did just that. Very upsetting and disgusted.

Nice Pandora store with good service. Wish they redid some of the store as it is kinda beat up. It feels like a store that sells jewelery should not have beat up counters and floors. Its nice that they run sales, but they dont generally have coupons, so you are limited to a season for savings instead of being able to save on your own occasion.

Do NOT. I REPEAT DO NOT bring your jewelry to be clean. Its a joke. The representative that help me on January 18th at 1920 couldnt tell me why my jewelry looked darker than when I bought it. She asked the manager and she said I dont know and we cant replace it. In shock I replied to her I never asked you to replace it, I want to know why my jewelry looks tarnished. Anyway PANDORA wont EVER EVER EVER see me AGAIN.

This place dont deserve any stars. The staff is horrible, especially the one that claims shes the assistant manager. She needs to be fired. She comes out of the back office and just spews lies. Does not know the policies of the Company...Go to Roosevelt Field for a better Pandora Experience.

Very poor service . I came in and there were 6 employees behind the counter working with 3 guests. No one greeted as I entered . I stood by the counter and waited. Several workers went into the back room while one worker rung her sale up and the other 2 worked with their customers . I waited for the next person anticipating someone would come to the counter from the back room . After 5 minutes with no one acknowledging me I asked could I be helped . That is when one woman came out the break room and told us to stand on the line and wait for someone to help us. Then she stood there for 5 minutes looking around . Two other customers came in and had similar experience of waiting and not getting help . I left and two people followed behind me . Very disappointed in their customer service .

Worst pandora I ever came to. Six or seven workers behind the counter and not one of them greeted me when I came through the door. They were dance to the music like it was a Club. Last time I will be going to that store.
