We entrusted the care of our vehicle to USA for 25+ years. It is family owned. Their service manager is Kelly. He is considerate of us when providing an estimate of the cost. The waiting area is clean and well kept and the coffee is ready to drink.

Couldnt ask for more from an automotive shop. They did custom work and aftermarket part install on my 2017 Audi A7 after being turned down by shops closer to my location. This is a local shop that does muffler and brake repair. However, they do so much more!Check their website for all there services.I personally didnt have a great first experience with this location as I wanted to set an appointment and was advised first come first serve. I have overtime taken my vehicles here and experienced great service. Reasonable prices and good turnaround. These folks know there work and do it correctly the first time. They also advise when other parts need to be replaced and are usually spot on. Great location.

Busy place at times, but always treated right. Fair deals and professional services performed on my vehicles, and brakes always right. Coupon makes it a little better, but they are fair.Everyone treated with respect, and repairs are competitive and usually lower than most shops. Weekdays slower, Saturday, especially morning ALWAYS busy. so be prepared.

I didnt have an appointment and they were able to fit me in, the tech looked my exhaust system over and showed me what needed repaired. I was treated great and was on the road in about an hour. The work was also warranteed for one year.

This place is unbelievable. No matter how busy they are or what time of day you drop your car off, they will get you in and out in the SAME DAY. Ive gotten my front struts done (same day) an exhaust issue (same day) and now a new radiator (same day). These are all without appointment. Kelly is the man and Sherry up front is such a sweetheart every time. If theres something wrong with your car and you dont have time to fix it yourself, take it to USA muffler.

Pricing was fair. Sadly, you get what you pay for. I had a cat back system installed. I get a half mile down 30, and I hear a banging noise.... Yep, it wasnt all tightened. Now my brand new muffler has been banged against driveshaft components, with obvious damage. Took it back, they tightened.Tips are misaligned and unprofessional looking. I will be taking it to a place with a little more pride in their work to correct.If you just need cheap... Theyll do. But, if you have a nice car, avoid.

Definitely my choice for local mechanics. These guys will fix your problem at an affordable cost in a reasonable amount of time. They have performed all of the maintenance on my last two vehicles, and I have no complaints.

Friendly service, has been good in the past. But my steering stabilizer bolts were all left loose after my alignment.

I went here to get my car dualed, and it came out perfect. Had two aftermarket mufflers put in, and the whole system repiped. Everything came out sounding clean, looking right, and all for a low cost. It was all done in a couple hours or less. I would recommend anyone here!

Had exhaust done.He showed me how rusty it was and how the manifold flange was rusted. Gave me a price if things went good,and one if bolts broke and things went bad.I seen the bolts and expected bad.2 hours later they called and everything went good. It was a 1995 pickup.

Sherry (front desk) was extremely rude to both myself, and my daughter. The eye rolling, inappropriate facial expressions, mannerisms and comments made were both offensive and unprofessional. My daughter simply called and asked Sherry if the part to her vehicle was in so that she could bring her car in to get it serviced. Sherry in a sarcastic manner replied that she doesnt know and they do not take appointments. My daughter drops off her vehicle at USA. Then, after her class calls to see if her vehicle is done. Sherry says if youd bother to listen to your voice mail, then youd know it was. No excuse, for that type of response, but I didnt have time for my daughter to listen to her entire voice mail since I just picked her up from school and I was headed towards USA anyways. We then went inside Sherry then snapped at me when I asked about how long the parts are warranted for..she said if youd wait for me to get to that..as she rolled her eyes and made a face..she wasnt even talking at the time...she was rolling up our paperwork..it was a simple question...She also told my daughter not to be irresponsible with the paperwork like shes some kind of irresponsible kid as she rolled her eyes and she said dont expect us to have your records on our computer. She lost our business. I am sorry for inconveniencing her with having my daughters vehicle fixed.

Had all brakes done, front and rear, new pads, rotors, a rear wheel seal and a front wheel bearing. everything felt like new. 150 miles later a bolt on the right front caliper broke (not USAS fault) and locked the tire up. USA had us towed, paid for the tow, fixed the problem post haste the same day. I would not hesitate to get my vehicle fixed here again. Front counter lady was kind and professional.

Cheap oil re-do

Wow, been here once, fixed my converter and muffler. They fell off and they put a sleeve to hold them together and only cost me 80 some bucks. Took like 30 mins.

This is the only place I trust to work on my truck..

Got quoted two prices. One for if our hubs needed pressed and one if it was a bolt on. ( the presses was of course higher as it requires a special tool to do so) once we got there and did the work they charged us for the higher price after it we confirmed it was bolted!
