I was greeted by not only the nicest management I’ve seen in a while but on top of that, the cashier at Sephora, Haley, helped me with everything I needed times a thousand and made sure every question I had was answered with knowledge and intellect and a kind smile. The cleanest and brightest store I’ve been to in a while as well and I can’t wait to go back!☺️

No one available to help. Although a fill-in named Maria did make it a point to tell me I should not be using the testers because I was spreading germs. I WAS NOT USING THE TESTERS.

I was the only person in the store and felt ignored. Waited at the counter to return items for several minutes. Also asked for help when looking at Tatcha items and recieved minimal/unenthusiastic help. Also while in the store instead of asking if I needed help, which I did, they made an announcement overhead to JCPenny for customers to come shop at Sephora. I felt ignored and disregarded. Normally staff is friendly and accommodating. I did not purchase what I wanted, instead I went online.

Depends who’s working. Some lady gave my mother mad attitude returning a clearly old mascara she was sold. She didn’t want the same brand and this lady was appalled. Otherwise I love this store. Everyone else there is helpful, kind, friendly, and pleasant to talk too. But that woman really ticked me off. She was just so rude.

The girls there are always helpful. As being someone that isnt still completely comfortable with makeup. They answered my questions and were super helpful with advice.

It honestly all depends whos working in the store. Stephanie was very sweet and helpful. I would give five stars if the service was more consistent.

Love this Sephora!!!! Its my personal favorite store, I only go to this location. The testers are always really clean, the tool stations are always full. The ladies always give great samples too. My favorite staff member is definitely Isa!! Shes so knowledgeable, and shes gorgeous!! All of the staff members are awesome though, and very sweet. I am just getting into makeup and the Valpo Sephora girls have helped me so much. Dont be afraid to ask them for help!! Theyre so patient and kind, always willing to help.Keep up the great work Ladies!!!!

The workers bombard you soon as you set foot in the store. Never giving you a chance to browse the new makeup items. And the watch African Americans as if they are going to automatically do something wrong or steal. I use to love coming to this Sephore but very hesitant nowdays because of the service.

Terrible experience. My friend was looking at a makeup palette and the Sephora employee didnt even try to encourage her to buy it. She looked annoyed that we were in the store so we ended up walking out! Did not expect this kind of bad service from Sephora....

Alise and Jordan are amazing! I absolutely love this Sephora. Every time I walk in I am immediately greeted with beautiful smiles and asked if there is anything they can help me with. I don’t believe they bombard you at all. That’s just my opinion though. But since everyone’s opinion matters then I would say that this is the only Sephora to go to. Stepping into this store is like coming home. It’s welcmoing and inviting and I will always come back.

Uncomfortable experience. Staff tried to push a credit card on me and after saying no tried to make me feel silly because applying comes with samples....no means no I shouldn’t have to explain myself. After that awkward encounter I was watched like a hawk for the rest of my time. Needless to say I did not purchase anything.

I love makeup and can literally spend hours wandering Sephora browsing and swatching product. While I didn’t necessarily feel harassed, the workers here made sure to ask how I was doing as well as remind me they’re always there to help, if needed, and offer the JC Penney credit card for a “goodie bag” of samples upward of 5-6 times as if they forgot they had already approached me previously. It was incredibly annoying. And then when I actually did ask for help for dark under eye circles, Elise made me feel stupid when I tried different products because the ones she used obviously weren’t working. She seemed knowledgeable enough about product though while the other girl seemed to pass every makeup related customer question off to her.

Lenae Bondilla was the best helper at this location! She went and helped me find my perfect match foundation (NARS SANTA FE) and even went through helping me pick the perfect shade lip gloss for a night out on the town. Very friendly service and knew her stuff! Recommended the perfect skincare items for my combo skin. Definitely coming back.
