A few months ago my mom had ordered an 8x10 photo collage. She chose the settings that let the Walgreen’s online software auto-choose the photos and where they went on the photo paper. She had it sitting on the piano when I got home and when she asked me how I liked it, I told her honestly that it looked a mess. I had to be careful to not hurt her feelings but since she was giving this as a gift to someone, I told her it should probably be redone. The border didn’t go all the way around the perimeter of the photo paper and some of the photos had been used twice.The minute I found out she hadn’t created this mess but the Walgreen’s photo software did, I took it straight back to Walgreen’s to complain. I went in and asked the lady (I believe her name was Allyson) if that print looked professionally done to her and she agreed that it needed a border on all sides, not just some sides. She worked with me for probably about an hour to re-create the collage. I was very thankful and pleased with Allyson’s patience with me and her ideas for how to fix it; she worked hard to make it right and I really appreciate that. It’s unfortunate that both Walgreen’s app and online software are so lousy, though, and that this even happens in the first place is awful. I’ve had Walgreen’s mess up prints of my own over the years or not be able to upload my photos on their app, etc...but how frustrating!!! If they need to roll out a new app or update their software, then they should stop and DO THAT! If it weren’t for the kind and helpful person named Allyson who had helped me that evening, I’d never come back.

Poor communication and Covid protocols, even worse community service. Impossible to get someone on the phone at this location. Most annoying Walgreens experience I’ve had in my life

Bought a sleep aid today and the box and the contents were expired over a year ago. disgusting.

Just a regular drug store

The pharmacy and the store staff were absolutely fabulous. I could not have asked for a better experience when filling my prescription and buying my everyday items. I am switching my whole family to this store and recommending it to everyone. Thank you

Rude unhelpful pharmacy staff - really disappointing.

The pharmacy is the best, they go beyond to help us out and are very friendly. I love them all😊

This is the RUDEST pharmacy ever. I have never dealt with such rude people in my life. I don’t understand how theses people are keeping their jobs at this pharmacy. Customer service is lack there of. I have talked to several people and they all say the same thing about this pharmacy. I think this needs to go viral on FB and wake Wal-greens up to do something about this.

Small convenient store and farmacy...not all insurances coved here...check yours before placing order for medication... It does sell holiday party supplies for all season...you can print pictures here, and make a passport photo fast

I called to find out if this was the Walgreens that has the Healthcare clinic. It wasnt, which isnt a big deal. My problem was that the person I was talking to couldnt tell me where one was and seemed unwilling to help me figure it out.
