I had a wonderful experience at this location with a very helpful staff member by the name of Joy. She was very knowledgeable and helpful when handling my artistic prints. Very welcoming demeanor yet efficient enough to speed up the whole process. I highly recommend a visit to this location for all your printing and shipping needs. Store Closes when they want. Stays open until they want. Very inconvenient. Called today to see if they are open. Since they were closed all last week. Website shows open until 8:00. Informed open until 6:00 all week. Had package held at this site just for them to be closed all week. NOW, my package is lost.Will never use this store and will think twice before using FedEx.

My first experience with this store and all the ladies working today were so extremely nice and pleasant. The one gal even carried my large box to my car for me! Was super pleased with them!

I shipped something from here. It apparently sat at this store for two days before moving. Then took over a week to travel to southern IL. Staff doesnt seem to care about much.

ZERO stars I had really BIG problems at fedex office valparaiso, in 46383 with Tamarra and Lisa two days in a row. I had a package labeled to return as refused per the driver told me to go to office fedex Valparaiso They told me 2-4-21 they do not do that and THEY CAN NOT CALL FEDEX toll free to help me either. so I put in box in store instead, they said the pkg would just be returned back to me again. I called fedex and they told me this was where I needed to send from and I found it in writing on the website as well. So I filed a complaint 2-4I went back on 2-5 to valparaiso fedex office again Lisa and Tamarra and asked them to lookup Fedex rules/regs/policies on their computerTHEY told me we do not have internet here and we can not get fedex rules regs policys here on our computer They asked me to just leave the store after every question I asked them. I know the store manager is on this as well as I was not contacted by the store manager after 1 week from complaints filed with fedex astarting 2-4-21 and 2-8-21

I used this FedEx office while processing a third-party Amazon return. I already was really frustrated with Amazon and the seller because of confusing return instructions, when I realized in the store that the seller gave me two print labels. One label to return half of my item to UPS, the other to FedEx. I was visibly frustrated. Even though it was in no way his responsibility, the manager at this location calmly talked me through my problem and offered to repack my parcels into a single shipment to save me an extra trip. I got above-and-beyond service here. If the rest of their staff is half as good as the guy who helped me, then Id recommend this store to anyone.

Lately, Ive been needing to send some items. And so Ive visited my local FedEx three or four times recently. Sherry has always been friendly and responsive. She is the reason I enjoy going to this FedEx location. FedEx hired a great girl for this position. Keep up the good work, Sherry!

There are comments here about the staff needs to be fired. and …Sherry is the worst at customer service.These statements are COMPLETELY FALSE. I actually had Sherry herself helping me out today, and she was more than helpful, making sure that all my needs were met, making sure that none of my materials were damaged.In fact, the comment made about Sherry cannot be true because she told me that when the negative comment was posted, she was not even at the store, but was recovering from serve illness.Dont let these negative comments scare you off. I had a very excellent and professional experience, and the customer that came in after me called Sherry by name and was glad to see her back.

When compared to USPS, fedex ships quicker, costs less, and has a shorter wait in line (if any). And lets not even bring up customer service! Lol

Im surprised to see the negative reviews on this location as Ive been there on numerous occasions and had great service and friendly exchanges with the associates.I actually just called there the other day with some questions about a large package I had to ship and after speaking with the girl she volunteered to help me pack it up if I would just bring my box and the item with me!Im headed there now to ship that package and dont expect to encounter any rude behavior on the part of the staff but I certainly will return here and note it if thats the treatment I get.

This review is for fedex customer service over the phone, not for this location.I wish I could give them 0 star for what they treat customers. They are very racist. And they are never willing to fix your problem, even that is their fault. I got an invoice from them about the tax issue which is issued by US Customs. Fedex is the shipping company and they paid the tax invoice for US customs for customer, then the bill customer later. I will be willing to pay that if its correct. When i found an extra charge on my invoice, I contact them to claim this. They accept that its not correct. But they said they cannot claim it because the tax extra will he under $20 which is maybe, not for sure. And I asked them that what they gonna do with this extra, cause i will never pay the extra. And they said US customs will not accept the dispute if it is under $20. And i know that. But I said that is fedexs fault and that mean fedex has to pay the extra, not me. Cause there is an incorrect value, but they didnt check it, and now they ask me to pay that??? What is going on?? And I blamed them for that, and they never apologize or anything, they just argued with me that the dispute will not be claimed. Thats all! Maybe that is a small money, but because they didnt give any apology for customer, so. .... Absolutely, if you dont have to use fedex for shipping, just dont go there

Five phone calls. Each lasts 3 minutes 5 seconds. Then phone hangs up. Store open at 7:30 am. It is now 10:17 am. No one bothers to answer phone . I will use post office or ups from now on. This is very poor customer service.

The workers here are so incompetent. I had around 60 pages of documents I needed scanned to a pdf, something simple for a print shop right???? First he told me for him to do it, it would be a $1 a page!!!!! Then he said the machine was broke and I’d have to use a computer and scanner for 50 cents a minute!!! So they wanted me to spend over $50 scanning documents!!!??? I went to the public library and did it for free !!! This place will never see a penny from me!!!!!

The lady working there today was absolutely terrible. Would NEVER go back there again.I had thought one other time the same lady was a little rude but I brushed it off, but the way she treated me today, there is no doubt she needs trained on customer service.I couldnt possibly believe they can stay in business long if thats how they are gonna treat customers.I would think that the customers are the reason they are in business......

Insisted I buy a box for something that I didnt need a box for, already had a box but he insisted that I buy this box so he/someone doesnt throw a heavy package on it and break it. For 25.00... Will not be going to this FedEx location again. The staff guy was very rude.

We have never had an issue when we go to the location in Valpo. Staff is friendly, service is prompt and professional. As far as the location its a few minutes away from IN-49 on LaPorte Ave. across from the Target/Home Depot area. The location seems convenient to us and the hours are not bad at all.

Sign on the door says Back in 10 minutes and Ive been sitting here for 30. Door is locked. 7:40pm but open till 9.

I have been going to this location for almost 10 years now and Sherry is usually the one who I trust the most with my printing and shipping.I was there when Angelise needed to pack her items but she wanted free packaging for her ground shipment. Angelise got mad when Sherry politely explained that the managers name is DAndra the free packaging materials were for the express shipments.Angelise is one of the rudest people I have seen Sherry handle and Sherry never once became rude or unprofessional.Now here is something else about Sherry that she bravely copes with everyday:She had brain surgery almost 2 years ago.She still is fighting off the cancer and seizures that have become persistant.Yet she always has a kind word and a smile for anyone.As for Angelise, she should be ashamed of herself for leaving a blatant lie for a review.She was clearly angry because she did not want to pay for a box.

The Rudest employees Ive ever seen Sherry is the worst at Customer Service. She is so Rude needs to look for another line of work. Maybe in a whole somewhere she dose not come into contact with people.

I use this place a lot when Staples had their six month copier issues

This location is garbage. The manager is some old lady who refuses to give her name when i asked what her name was. What kind of manager will not give their name to a customer who wants to file a complaint. The staff here needs to be fired.

They got things taken care of, but I always get the impression Im bothering them when I go in.
