I didnt get enough details about a job ahead of time. Bailer is a extremely dusty job not for those with copd or asthma. I requested to be moved to another area rather then quit . they should of told me far in advance.and no one did. For my health I took a stand. Only 30 min lunch. Break which I being boss in another place before.i know thats illegal.

A good place for your recycling needs. Check in points and staff were very professional. The only problem is that they employ a knuckle dragging neanderthal that operates a forklift who needs to take classes on communication and customer service. Dropping F bombs to start conversations isnt good for business.

Wait 2 and a half hours for ontime pickup!!PlN to take a nap,hope you have hours to drive once loaded.And watch out for the dangerous speeding yard jockies after they complain you didnt set tire chock,but you have disconnected your air lines .

Check in at guard shack then do a quick temperature check and drive to staging area. Yard spotter will advise you what door to back into and shortly afterwards someone will come out and give you paperwork or sign yoir paperwork. Good place to work with....but GPS will take you a couple of miles down 49 past the plant. It is the first traffic light past route 30 on the east side of 49.

Big man Phil greeted me with a warm smile and hug as I arrived to pick up my ex wifes daughter from her work program she attends during the week. Weird because its not even my kid. Why do I have to pick her up? Anyway, that smile made my day and I cant wait for my next fake daughter pick up day:)

I would say when youre in a blizzard in the middle of the worst storm of the year in an 18 wheeler and the security guard tells you to get off the property. That they dont care about the drivers of drivers bringing them a chemical load. That they required. Then I said I wont be back and she says it doesnt matter there is 30 more that will bring it. I can say that I wont be back ever.

Great if your picking up boxes at the 3155 location because your trailer will stay mostly clean. If youre going to the 3050 location, lookout for glass deposits from the forklifts loading or unloading!

I checked in at 12:30 now it’s 4:45 I’m still in the dock, the load is not ready, why would you post a load on the bored that’s is ready to be picked up by 1300 and the load is not even made, and they saying they are very strict on their appointment time, I will never come back to this place

For the first timers there is a close by Walmart that you can use your sleeper berth another thing security check point is weird the guy is not so nice another thing is they will check your Fever for the covid 19.My gps took me somewhere else I don’t know why but I unloaded quickly it was faster than I expected

Picking up a load. Hurry up and wait. They will waste your time.Anyone doing transportation out of this place should charge max dollars. If theyre going to waste your time make it worth it.

The guard at the regular entrance (not paper mil) he was a dick. The paper mill guard lady was cool. The guy in fiber area unloading was cool. Must be a third party contractor at the first shack. Guess thats what you get for minimum wage lol

Got here shortly after midnight on Saturday. Starting with the guard, everyone was super nice. Had only little over an hour left on the clock. They loaded me within an hour but with getting the bills I already exhausted it. Spotter girl, I think her name is Ana, made the room for me at the yard so I could take 10 off. Guess night shift is a whole different story then day people. After reading other reviews I thought it will be really bad. Luckily for me, it wasnt.

Second week loading here. No problems either time. Had a slight wait on product 1 st time and had just bumped docked and locked and being loaded 2 nd time. Every ones been great and had donuts for drivers last week.

They would get a lot more done with a change of management. Its obvious the current leadership has no clue about logistics.

This is more in regards to the 3155 location where they have a guard shack with a couple of security people in it. The gentleman that I spoke with was nothing short of a complete douchebag. Rather than direct me to the right location he proceeded to tell me how it wasnt his job to tell drivers where they were supposed to go, all while being very nasty. Granted, this location doesnt even show up on a truck GPS and from what I could tell I was in the right location. In a sense I was, but the 3050 building was on the backside of 3155. In regards to the people that actually work there, I had no issues and they all seemed respectful. If I were to say one thing though, they all know about this person or persons and have yet to deal with it, so there is that.

We all waited two hours to find out,that they dont have paper for us..

I was there for 3 hours. 45 mins of that was waiting in the shipping office for the checking in/out process.(the guy spent 10 mins reorganizing his desk while myself and other drivers waited). Once I was in the dock it only took about 30 to get loaded. Seems like they only had one door available. Odd considering they have 50-60 other doors. Will not be accepting load assignment from there again.

Go earlier because its a big place so you will lose lot of time from gate to docks.I had a paper rolls to del. There war no other trucks so they did it very fast.

Horrible!!! Took 8 hours just to get into a dock. Then another 7 hours to to load me halfway. Not until i demanded answers did they tell me my load was still in production. Its the day before Thanksgiving & i need a get to my family. So 16 hours later I finally made them remove what they put in there & i drove empty home. I will NEVER be back!!! They are Pathetic to say the least.

They treat you respect, as long as you give then respect. Simple as that. Took less than 45 mins to unload me.

Note new location for roll shipping - see the photo I posted. One stoplight down, 3/4 mi down the road, long-ass driveway on the left.Info: a 1600xxxx number is required for shipping. There are 4 dock doors that are a pain to back into unless you are the only truck. Scale attendant will direct you, but scaling isnt necessary.

You should tell your workers that theyre here TO WORK.. not to be joking while drivers are waiting more than 15 minutes for paperwork... specially the guy with tattoos in both forearms..

Never get a load for this company!!! Theyre will keep you 6-8 hours at pick up and for deliver you will have to wait days..they are making app as they want..
