I was greeted and actively assisted with my project decisions. The employee working was respectful and pleasant. I was offered a discount that I did not know was in effect. Great experience.

The owner Tom and employee Will have always taken care of me at this store. Newer employees are doing excellent as well. I am always impressed with their knowledge, recommendations and follow ups. I have gotten personal calls from them asking if there is anything they can do to help me grow my business, give me good deals and so on. They are friendly and knew me on a first name basis immediately when I started going to their store for my painting needs. Highly recommend.

The employees at this location have always been friendly and helpful. At my last visit the person who checked me out even added a $10 off coupon that I didnt even know about in addition to the 40% off special they had. The store itself is no-frills but conveniently located on the near-north side of town. Perfect for when you just need one thing to complete your project and dont want to battle the traffic over by the big box stores on the east side.

I brought in numbers for paint that I had used in 2007 and the young man and young woman that waited on me were extremely helpful, finding the corresponding numbers for 2021!

Staff was happy to assist with questions, our paint and primer. Even shook our older can of Sherwin Williams paint. Helped me by carrying to the car. Only thing he wasnt able to do is paint the walls for me. But we got it done and the paint covers nicely. Good product and we will continue to shop here.
