I usually buy chicken here and have to say the price is right and the product is generally okay. I have never reviewed The Chicken Store because I felt like the experience was generally average. However, one bad experience inspires most people to complain, despite the previous average experiences. Im no different. DONT BUY THE WINGS! The wings I bought and cooked last night were hideous looking and, despite the sauce, tasted freezer burned. Three out of four of the wings had to be plucked, as they were covered in feathers. There were so many broken bones protruding from the wings it seemed like they must have used a dull machete to process them. These are so far from being resturant quality that I apologized to my family for such a savage offering. The boneless breasts are fantastic and priced well.

I was really impressed by this place. They have chicken that was cut incorrectly aimed for major food chains (McDonalds, Wendys, Olive Garden, Applebees, etc). The food tastes the same, just not the correct shape. You can get 2 lbs of McDonalds nuggets for $13. What a deal. Be aware that the selection changes depending on what the suppliers have.

Quick in and out purchase. Woman there gave me ideas on what she liked. Check out was quick. Food was good. 5 lbs each of Lightly breaded strips and seasoned fries. We have a deep fryer. 4mins for each. So far have made 4 meals with it and still have about two more.

Didnt have special advertised on the sign outside.

Was excellent until they closed.

I buy uncooked chicken strips with a buttermilk breading. And sometimes thin French fries.

My 2nd go to shopping for groceries.
