They did a fantastic job on my 89 s10, including replacing the windshield, fixing rust underneath it and making my windshield seal look brand new again after years of sun-baked tape gunk hardened on it. I plan to bring my other vehicle back at a future time for a windshield replacement as well. 10/10 job. Technician was cool, waiting room was nice and had Netflix and refreshments available and comfortable seating.

This was my first experience with Kaizen, and Id 100% go back again. My passenger window was smashed in on Sunday afternoon, and by Sunday evening they had a quote to me and scheduled the work to be done first thing Monday morning. The waiting area was very comfortable, warm, tea coffee, treats, and Wi-Fi, all a bonus for me, as I was able to work comfortably. The owners were very nice, helpful, and personable.

I had an annoying leak from the top of my windshield, they replaced the glass and sent me pictures of the rust from the pinch weld area during installation. I went in today to kaizen auto glass repair thinking my window was broken, little did I know my window regulator broke and thanks to the great man Danny he helped me resolve my issue for 20$ cheaper then I expected to pay. Very appreciative and would come back for any other car repair needs.

The facility for waiting is clean and WiFi was fast.I included company on Yelp Estimates Request, they were very fast to respond and in mid-range of pricing.My 2005 Ford Escape windshield was available in either top solar tint band or clear. I didnt know which to choose as I had clear originally but John had already ordered both types so I could view and select what I wanted. That is Customer Orientation at its best!I had arranged appointment with John and Moses did the work.My car was finished when a rainstorm happened but not to worry, I was able to drive home and happy to report not even a hint of a leak!Definitely recommending this shop to friends.

John at Kaizen Auto Glass was the only shop in the PDX area that was willing to take on the glass replacement for my 1987 Porsche 944s. He did a great job future proofing it, was up front with me about the time it would take, and stuck by his quote. Got my quote immediately over email. It was cheaper than anticipated and the install only took about an hour and a half. Ill definitely go here again for anything automobile glass related. Plus the break room was nice having Netflix to watch.

I called around and many stated that they could do same day service but that was all false. When I talked to Kaizen and they were true to their words. It was close to 5 pm, they were about to close so they couldnt get me in that day. However, they got me in the next morning. I arrived at 9am and they were done by 9:30, amazing, only 30 minutes. Very impressed with their efficiency and quick turn around. The price was very affordable.

Kaizen (Jon?) was the most communicative (via Yelp) of the 5 companies I contacted, professional in manner, and when Technician Danny got here, he was on-time, professional and fixed my window promptly. Most impressive, he was HONEST. I thought my window regulator was broken. It was actually just a bolt that came loose and fell out. No way I would have known! He couldve easily lied to me and charged me the $300+. But he was honest and replaced the bolt, charging me for just the diagnostic fee. Dont look any further! Call them, you wont be disappointed.

These guys are great! I was having problems with water getting into my heater fan box and then soaking the passenger side floor on my 98 Suburban. They removed the window and found the issue of corrosion. They told me about it and did their best to fix the problem. After two weeks of driving, I have had no leaks. I am a very happy customer. I like how they just dont do the job but go the extra mile getting things fixed and didnt charge me more.They are great at communicating! I highly recommend them!

My appointment had to be after hours because I work 8 to 5 across town. I couldnt believe it when he offered to come out to my place after work to fix the couple of rock chips I had in my windshield. I highly recommend Kaizen, they went out of their way to try to help me with my sunroof that wouldn’t close. Even though they were over booked, they offered to come by our house and take a look. The issue was a lot more involved than they could do at the house but they made it so I could drive my truck and the house call was an extremely reasonable charge. Danny was incredibly nice. I got a brand new car and with in 2 weeks a bunch of rocks came flying at my windshield driving on the highway. I had to small cracks. Kaizen called me and was able to get me in that day. Ive had cracks fixed before and I know you can see the blemish after. He did such a good job you couldnt even see it! I highly recommend this company!

Its even better to like it after a while.It has been almost 3 months since Kaizen replaced the windshield on my 1998 Truck. Danny and his co-worker came out on 8/25 and replaced the windshield on my 2012 Jetta. They arrived within the 1-hour timeframe I was given and were professional. Their communication was good from the time of my quote request through completion of the work. Their price was about $20 cheaper than MS Glass and Safelite.The process took about 70 minutes. The final product looks good. I will wait a week and take it through a car wash to stress test the install work. My only comment is it would be nice if their service vehicle had logos on it.Overall, I would recommend Kaizen for auto glass replacement and will use them in the future if I need another windshield replaced.

A rock hit my windshield on the freeway and the next morning is was a little worse and by the next evening I was looking at a foot long crack across the glass. Kaizen came out a couple days later and I was back in business. Great communication, very professional, and fast. I highly recommend if you need new auto glass.

When my passenger window was recently smashed after a break-in, Kaizen was able to get me in for an appointment the next morning. They replaced the window very quickly while I hung out in their waiting room. The service was polite and they vacuumed up every little piece of broken glass (a remarkable feat, as it was absolutely everywhere.) Ive had horrible experiences trying to get windshields replaced with the big autoglass chains my insurance recommends, so coming here was a breath of fresh air.

John, gave us excellent advice and repaired our chipped front window so you could hardly see where the crack was. We highly recommend him and Kaizen.

Great Service and quality work, it was a new experience having a Prius windshield replaced, but because of front facing speed control and breaking system, once the job was done, they had to go through a calibration process. I stopped by to get an estimate for a rock chip on my windshield a few days ago. The technician gave me a price quote and mentioned that I could claim it on my insurance and wouldnt be charged against my deductible. I notified my insurance company and it was covered with no charge or deductible. I came back and had it repaired. The service and work were commendable. Im happy that I found Kaizen. I was really scared to get my windshield worked on after a horrible experience with sloppy work at Vancouver Glass Co. But Kaizen was a dream! They let me drop my car off after close and had it fixed quickly the next day. Kaizen offered better prices than other places I called and they were super knowledgeable. My car was broken into and my passenger window was smashed in. There was glass everywhere. I called multiple places trying to get in the same day, but couldn’t. I found Kaizen Auto Glass in my search and they contacted me so quickly! Not only were they able to get me in the same day, but it was $100 cheaper than anywhere else I found! They fixed it for me right there while I waited. I came straight after work so I didn’t have time to even clean up all the glass. They vacuumed my car and removed all the glass from in inside. It was like it never happened! I’m thankful I stumbled across their business and would highly recommend to anyone else. I’m hoping I don’t need to use them again anytime soon, but it’s comforting to me knowing that there’s a place like them ready to help when needed.

We were on a road trip from California and got dinged by a rock, causing a nickel-sized spiderweb. Visited Kaizen Autoglass Thursday 2/11/2021. I scheduled an appointment for in the shop (appointment time 9:30am) on Monday 2/8/2021. I arrived early to my appointment today at 9am. Danny came out took photos of my vin, license plate and the chip in my windshield. I have a 2007 Honda CR-V. At 9:05am he took my keys and worked his magic in the back of the shop. I waited in the waiting room ( netflix on tv, assortment of refreshments; multiple types of tea, coffee, hot and cold water.). Waiting room has beautiful artwork a black modern sofa w/ two chairs and coffee table. Bathroom was clean. Paint and art in front of house is beautiful. Danny came back in at 9:25am. Repair looks awesome (only a small blemish on windshield). Danny takes payment through his phone. It was $65. If you have multiple chips to fix in the same visit, the first is $65 and every one after is $15. I also inquired about replacing my windshield as the glass is warped or something, Danny quoted $200 to $300. Highly recommend this place. Thank you Danny for the great service! No handicap parking available, nor handicap accessible in front of the shop, not sure about the rest of the building.
