My experience with customer service is great. I made a voicemail late last night. Called me back first thing in the morning. And drove out to me on time. Service to the replacement was fast and precise. Payed 266$ for the replacement. For great service i gave additional tip. Customer satisfaction is 10/10.Only down side is no warrenty... Other than that. Keep up the good work. You guys are awesome!

Lightening glass did a great job on a recent windshield replacement for my van. I felt very well informed of the process and the replacement happened during the COVID-19 outbreak and they took a lot of steps to reduce the amount of contact that we had while also being very polite and professional. I would certainly recommend them!

If you need glass replaced, call these folks!My passenger door window had been shattered so I began calling around for quotes. The last time I had a broken window I bought the glass and installed myself but it was time consuming and a real pain. This time around I was too busy to dedicate the time needed to do it myself so I decided to pay for it to be done. After a few astronomical quotes from dealers ($365 just for labor?), one of the dealerships which didnt have a glass department referred me to Lightning Glass.They gave me a quote for parts and labor that beat just the labor costs of most dealerships, and they told me they would come to my house to do the work! I set the appointment after making one more call to another shop and realizing that I wasnt going to find a better deal.The technician was right on time, handled the job, and was done before I knew it. I hope I never need to replace glass again but if I do I will be calling these folks immediately.Thank you!

Very Accommodating and Precise. There are over 23 different windshields for my vehicle. The first one the installer (Allen) noticed was missing a feature and ordered the correct one. He ended up having to install it in the parking lot of my work place. Do Not Hesitate to contact this company for a windshield replacement. It was an exact replacement except it didnt have the Willy Jeep silhouette at the base which was not an issue. They were very easy to communicate with and kept me informed of the status of my order. Again. Do not look any further. This is who you want to use.

Super awesome. Came to my job gave me an estimate and then came a few days later and took care of my sons windshield, worked directly with my insurance company for a seamless experience. I had a chip in my windshield that they took care of as well and I cant even see where it was anymore.

My Mazda 3 suffered a nasty rock-strike on the front windshield earlier in the week; the rock punched through the windshield and blew glass shards into the cabin! The gentlemen at Lightning Glass, who were recommended to me by Alan Webb Mazda of Vancouver, understood my situation perfectly and were able to order the OEM windshield for my Mazda 3 and had it delivered in fewer than 3 days. Allen was the technician that performed the removal and installation of the windshield; he was a joy to work with, took his time to answer all my questions and concerns, treated my car as if it was his own, and we had many a good laughs and chats throughout the whole process, which was painless and stress-free. I would highly recommend this glass company to anyone needing a windshield repair/replacement!
