Use extreme caution with Corksport! Worst customer service I have ever experienced!! I ordered a $38 bypass tube, and opted to pay $58 for “next day air” shipping. Nearly 48 hours after placing the order, and without having received even a shipping confirmation, I contacted the company who absolutely refused to provide any degree of remedy. The individual on the phone refused to let me speak to a manager and advised me “you’ll get it when you get it”. After emailing the company to see if I could receive any type of remedy the absolute refused. Ultimately refused to even ship my part. Horrendous business practices.

Emailed them asking if I could order brackets from there brake kit I was told yes. I paid and then I got told they wouldn’t send them because they where short on stock and another customer might want a whole kit and I would have to wait 60 days for them to get more in. I would of ordered a whole kit but they have zero Information on who makes the calipers they sell. 99% sure they are knock off cheap Chinese brembo copies. So had zero desire to put those on my car. Then I had to file a PayPal claim just to get them to refund my money. Was going to order more parts but no way I would do business with a company that operates that way!!! After I expressed being upset they just ignored me and stopped responding to emails.

I sent a return request for a certain part, and I got a response in less than 2 business days, and they immediately sent me a replacement. The communication responses were very fast and friendly, and they sent my replacement part out to me very fast.

Ordered a SRI back in September, through a few phone calls realized I was waiting for my black filter to come in. So they offered to change the filter color so my product would ship sooner. Will never do business with again. I received a return authorization number, shipped item back for the return, and they refuse to issue back refund. They now have both my money and the item I originally purchased. I recommend purchasing from Racing Beats instead - I made the exact same purchase and return and no such issue from them.Edit - Reply to Owner’s response:Added photos of return experience with Racing Beats. Speculate what you will but fact is they issued me a credit on the spot without even opening the box or checking the exhaust. Now that’s what I call Satisfaction Guaranteed. Can’t say the same for Corksport.

Great part support, I had some problems installing the injector seals I got from them, turns out it had nothing to do with the seals but these guys where there every step of the way guiding me through troubleshooting my Mazda, I wouldnt even consider ordering anything but corksport parts from now on, if they make it for the part I need Im going to buy it, thanks guys

Corksport is a great shop that sells great Mazda performance products. Everything i have purchased from them has been packaged well and absolutely perfect. Their customer service is amazing and they are always willing to help in any way they can. They are the best Mazda performance shop around.

Use caution when purchasing from this aftermarket provider. The products are well made and come with good collateral, but if you need support- forget it. I had an issue with one of their products (the exhaust for Mazda 2) and after a month, the issue still has not be addressed. I have requested feedback on several occasions, but communication is extremely slow. Again, good products so far- bad support and communication.

Corksport offers everything from LEDs to custom grind camshafts, so you can get minor aesthetics or prep for a forged build, track worthy suspension, big brakes, you name it. The best part is the customer service - they are honestly awesome people and care about you, their reputation, and the quality of their products. From my experience, they always cater to the customer. They also provide full color explicit installation guides to give those new to wrenching the confidence they need to do their own installs. I have several of their parts on my car - intake manifold, under body tray, hood struts, steering wheel, lower control arm tie bar, and Im patiently waiting for more.

Hello, First, Thank you CorkSport for dream service made a reality. Second, your promptness and business etiquette top-notch.Long story short, I got hit by a rogue transport truck Tire. Fortunately for me, the tire had come off a truck traveling the same direction as I. I hit it at 90 kmh and literally all that broke was the lower front grill shattered and my bumper skin cracked in area where tire hit. Nothing else. However after bout a year parts in suspension started to show signs of wear. Heres the parts we purchased, CS sway bars front and rear with CS billet mounts, CS front end stabilizer links, front and rear strut bars, CS splash guard under motor, CS camber arms for rear,CS Billet sport transmission mount. Last but not least, CS Stainless steel exhaust without cat. This all installed in our 2007 Mazda 3GS.Needless to say, we have retitled the car. This should sound familiar to CORKSPORT staff, Our cars new title: Mazdaghini 3 GS.THANK YOU CORKSPORT and Staff. The car is Mint will send pictures when car is fully complete. Very soon, folks just remember Mazdaghini baby.

I just picked up a midpipe from them. They were super friendly on the phone. When I went in to get my part they were fantastic. I fully trust that if I have a problem with anything at any point that I could call and they would straighten me out.100% will be a return customer. I definitely recommend them to any Mazda owners looking to mod.Edit: Had to warranty the resonator section of the midpipe. They were a pleasure to deal with for the warranty. Will be back for all my other mods.

I would reccomend this place. They have pretty decent mazda parts but the thing I purchase frequently is there transmission insert for my mazda. I have been to their office and they have some sick mazda builds in their lot. Kind of wish I worked here since I love mazdas. I have not bitten the bullet for the engine mount upgrades but I am considering it. I also posted a short review on youtube. I look forward to future business with the company and wish you all well. I really, REALLY wanted their coolant tank upgrade for the first gen mazda speed but when I talked with them, they said they no longer make it. They plan to make one for the gen 2 but not the gen 1. I could be childish and give them one less star but I am not that kind of person.

Well I have to say that I am extremely disappointed with my experience with corksport. After researching a few different options I decided to go with the corksport motor mount package. I noticed that the had come out with a new version of the rear motor mount so I contacted them and asked if I could have the new one substituted in the package. They said yes and I was happy with my purchase and they seemed to be very accommodating. ( So far so good) when the box arrived I opened it and noticed how nice everything looked( individually packaged with step by step instructions in each part. These step by step instructions were helpful in the installation of the parts with the exception of a few nuts and bolts being labeled as 17mm that were actually 19mm (no big deal). The parts went in fairly routinely and I was satisfied with my efforts. THEN I STARTED MY CAR! Like I have already stated I did my research so Im not trying to claim that I didnt see the disclaimer about NVH.LADIES AND GENTLEMEN THIS IS A GROSS UNDERSTATEMENT. My car sucks to drive now the noise and the vibration literally make the car rattle from every piece and part of the interior. This thing will shake itself apart from the inside out. I have reached to corksport and they are apologetic but that is all they are. I strongly urge anyone considering these upgrades to STOP! And think about how much fun your car is to drive. If you still wish to proceed.FOR SALE! 1 set of motor mounts and transmission mount. Less than 100 miles on them..

I had a few questions regarding parts and payment for my speed3 I just purchased and with my luck I managed to mess up the order -_0. However I called Vincent and he was amazing!best customer service I have ever had I was shocked to hear a person located in the states and not some outsource company in India or a million buttons to press and have them never call me back. Kudos to corksport and Vincent. If I was closer to the headquarter Id buy some beer for everyone there unfortunatly Im in chicago.

1st purchase-Intake (SRI)---didnt have in stock, nor had the color I wanted, and about a 2 week delay---not too bad, but hey, I paid full price, I expect exactly what I want2nd purchase (and last ever) --exhaust--ordered Mid July, got a call saying on Backorder, no big deal...But then I got call saying it will ship out Aug 21st, then another call, Aug 28th...Then another call, Sept 5th, then to the 12th, (today is sept 18th) and I was told it changed to sept 19th...this is not even a joke and I wish it was...all production errors they claim, and also I asked for a Call back to see what they could do about shipping, lets just say I havent got that call yet....
