Just go somewhere else!Between getting hung up on, asking for Subaru service and get transferred to Buick service?, complete disregard for any problem concerning the car, and then tell me I’d just have to tow my car then ask if there is anything else they can help me with...The dealership is wonderful but after all the “service”.. I think I’ll let someone else fix the recalls on my vehicle.
Very neat place. Everyone is wearing masks like required. Customers very nice. Also, employees do their job. Manager is on point.

I walked into the parts department hoping to get a part for my Subaru. Alvin was there to help me out, kept me entertained while he searched for the part I needed, then sent me on my merry way with a smile. If more people were like Alvin, the world would be a better place. Easy 5 stars.
I have been using the parts department at Dick Hannah Subaru for years now. Alvin, Alex and the rest of the crew are always extremely friendly even when they are dealing with customers who try to hassle them about prices. Last night, I needed an oil seal for a headache job that Im working on. I rushed in 5 minutes before closing and Alvin got me all set up with the parts I needed. Thanks man!!

Ive recently rebuilt my Subaru and without knowing what I was getting into, I had many questions and several trips to the parts store. Alvin did an outstanding job explaining to me what certain parts did, he showed me diagrams and insured that I had everything I needed. I couldnt have asked for a better representative of Subaru.
