Great team. Very kind and professional. You will always be updated even if they had to install something minor. I was stuck in Portland with broken radiator. I had to get back home California. Freightliner dealer was gonna take 3 days to get to the issue...on other hand On the spot, repair was absolutely satisfactory. I really dont have words...God bless them. Bcs of them I will be able to get home on time to my little one who needed me on her side....

Heavy Duty truck service at its best!

My driver had another dump truck blow off the mirrors on the side of his truck when they passed him. Having been in the logistic business for decades, we have dealt with many dealerships and truck shops and On The Spot is absolutely top notch. Joe was understanding and got us in and out of their shop in a professional and expeditious manner. Our truck is rolling again and it looks great and they charged us a very fair rate for their services. I wish we could clone them but whenever we need service in the area we now have a new service vendor that we can trust.

I have never been treated with respect & hospitality, by any repair shop like I was at On The Spot Truck Repair. The mechanics worked till almost midnight to try and Get me back on the road so I could get home and have Thanksgiving dinner with my family. After hours I was taken to the store buy a mechanic that has never happen anywhere before. A shout out to Michael & his crew. Fast service fair price

I broke down and they got me taken care of quickly and efficiently. The quality of the repair was excellent. I would recommend this place!

On a Sunday evening, I discovered a fuel leak on my motorhome. I dropped into this shop first thing Monday morning to schedule a time for repairs. The staff—including the owner—told me to bring the coach in as soon as I could, and they would have it repaired that same day. It was a difficult repair, but they did, indeed, finish by mid-afternoon. As full-timers, we really appreciated getting our “home” back. Every staff member was congenial and helpful. I have already recommended them to two other people, and I will return the next time I need repairs.

Meh.. I usually go with a different spot for my delivery truck repairs, but the guys over the phone were so nice I thought I would give them a shot. Hard to find a place with quality customer service. This reassured me it would be a good spot.While they are nice, and so far do OK work. They try to up sell you on certain things they think you need done etc. Im not completely in the dark when it comes to mechanical stuff on cars, So I could smell the bs In the air. Theyll definitely try to mark you up for the smallest of repairs.Nice people, but my bill was way too expensive for what was done. I suppose the positive was that I had my truck back within 5 business days. I am not sure if I would go back.

These guys got me in right away, tracked down parts, and had my truck fixed in a few hours. Its running perfectly now.

Absolutely the worst place to go for any truck repair. I went in for a simple fix and they discovered something else wrong. I gave them to go ahead and fix my truck. In the process of fixing the issues there incompetent mechanic damaged my perfectly good radiator. To make matters worse they never called to to inform me of there error. I decided to go early to pick up my truck and discovered what they had done. They acted like they were trying to hide it from me. By there damaging my radiator it cost me two days worth of lost wages. If this was any kind of decent business they would reimburse me for my lost income due to there incompetence.
