Came in for a service appointment today, and although the actual service was relatively timely and efficient, the technicians lost my key ring, handing me only the fob. Took them several minutes to find it.Also, some of my enquiries at the Parts desk were not very helpful, particularly when I was looking to find a certain item; they just pointed me at the shelves instead of actually trying to help me find what I was looking for. The days of personal, helpful customer service seem to be long dead.

Ive been going to Toyota service department since 2005. Its been very nice watching it grow. Always a good place to take your Toyota for service.

Bought my RV here..... sales was great, service department.... not so much!

My wife and I had a great experience here buying a used 2017 Camry XSE. Jeff Williamson was very helpful as our sales person. No pressure at all. Maryanne in finance was also non pressuring and my wife and I extremely enjoyed her. I would strongly recommend this dealership.

Good and complete service but scheduling is a bit out and takes a while to get in seen by a customer service representative. Most places wash your car after a service, this place does not.

Excellent service and polite easy to talk to staff. My car was about an hour late getting done, but they were pretty slammed and I waited at home anyways.

Had an appointment they are under staffed and over booked. 2hrs for basically a walk through to turn message off.

Usually all goes smoothly. This morning was one of those not so smooth mornings. Cant always be perfect.

Nice stuff with a comfy place for waiting while professionals are taking care of your car.

Had a flat tire. Diagnosed and repaired for free AND they vacuumed my filthy car. Would do it all over again if necessary.

They take excellent care of me.

Average performance. However, the waiting time for service is not long. But I still like the VW diller better.

Had what I needed. Well taken care of.

If ur in the market for a new car buyer beware. These guys try to ding u for everything. So read your contract carefully and check all there charges and make sure they give you every nickel u deserve on your trade in.

Room to improve but I trust them with our two Toyotas. Ill be back.

Fine service. They have a fireplace and comfortable seating in the lounge. Toyota offers zero options for full ev and no apparent related strategy, so 4* and once my Prius C (awesome car btw) is gone I wont have any reason to do business here.

Great place wouldnt take my Tacoma anywhere else.
