Rite Aid for me is all about the Pharmacy team. Pretty solid for the 5 years I have used them out here in the southern Washington market. Oddly there are only 2 in a pretty large city.I have lived elsewhere in my adventures and Rite Aid was always the choice. But I truly do get a VIP experience here, so for me it is a little farther but so much more worth it.

Getting my 2nd dose of the Pfizer vaccine was easy peasy, and I was able to schedule online. The wait was a little long because they had to wait for no-shows, but I know thats not on them. Very professional, and super informative.Thank you!

Great customer service. Employees go out of their way to help you find eye brow trimmers or with your prescription. Gave me $5 coupon my son used. Clean store.

Update 9/21.. I went in looking for rite aid brand 10mg pepcid ac. The shelf was empty but the name brand was right next to it. I grabbed the name brand and went up to the counter. I asked when they were expecting their store brand in. The cashier said the truck comes in every Thursday but they have no idea whats on it. Then i asked if i could please have the name brand for the store brand price. She said nope, we cant do that. We can give you a rain check. Why would i want a rain check when no one knows when the product will come in??? Again, went across the street and got what i needed. This store is something else. My bad for giving another chance. Bite me twice..I come in every 2 days and they always have great prices on everything i need. Some times their tags have expired and it rings up different but theyve always honored the price on the tag. Till tonight. Who ever your manager is working tonight needs serious retraining in customer service. She said she wouldnt honor the tag and thats why all the other managers have been fired. Doubt it. She shouldnt work in customer service if thats her attitude. What a waste of my time. Wont be back.To follow up i went across the street to Walgreens and paid what the sticker at rite aid said originally. Guess they earned my business!

Employees helpful. Nice bathrooms. Pharmacists knowledgeable. You can get all of your immunizations here. Drive through pharmacy.

The staff of store #05291 on 13511 SE THIRD WAY were very kind and helpful. Especially an employee named David L. Was the definition of good customer service. Pharmacy people are rude,as well as the pharmacist. I am disgusted by the way I was treated. This was my third visit and was treated like garbage each time. I will be driving out of my way to Washougal to deal with this pharmacy,they are kind and empathetic and real genuine. I would recommend you hire better people for your business. Unbelievable.

I just moved to the area and am a loyal corner store shopper. We all know each RiteAid has the same goods, but they all don’t have the same employees. My initial experience with David left me in question whether this would be my new home of convenience. However, after further interactions... the guy is a SuperStar. Professional, excellent customer service, well informed and seemingly good hearted. Thanks for welcoming is to the neighborhood.

They always get it right. They are efficient and friendly. They may not be the cheapest but they offer a good value. My favorite pharmacy.

If I could rate this location 0 stars I would. The amount of unprofessionalism in this store is UNBELIEVABLE! I was heading to the pharmacy to ask them a question. On my way to the pharmacy I overheard the store manager talking LOUDLY and inappropriately about another person to somebody. Which made me feel very uncomfortable. I immediately left the store, and I will never give my business to any Rite Aid again!!

We go here only because the meds are cheap with our insurance. Have had the same prescriptions for years but every month on pick up they have made and error and we usually have to wait between 40 minutes to an hour. Pharmacist is nice but the techs are incredibly incompetent and rude.

I tried to transfer a prescription three different times they only sent over half of it then when I tried to transfer my prescription again to my new Pharmacy closer to my home it didnt work so I called Rite Aid had them fill my prescription that I needed to function due to the type of prescription it is then I called the other Pharmacy to see if they could contact Friday to have the remaining scripts transferred over I come to pick up my prescription at Rite Aid and they laugh and say oh we didnt think you needed it because we got a transfer for the script sorry with a smirk and couldnt care less so now Im out of a prescription that I desperately need and have to go to work and last time I went without my prescription I almost got fired because of the withdrawal symptoms this prescription has thanks Rite Aid you suck
