Took 5 minutes for hot water to heat up to wash my hair. Haircut was not what I asked for, and since the damage was done I did not ask for correction in fear of worsening the situation.

Stopped by the salon today and the dark haired stylist trimmed my daughter’s bangs. She was really nice but totally jacked up her hair. I didn’t notice until after we left the store because my daughter brushed them to the side because she didn’t want me to say anything. They can’t be fixed anytime soon because we will have to cut them to the shortest un-even piece which is an inch above her eyebrows, right in the middle of her forehead, I understand these aren’t master stylists, but bangs aren’t that difficult to cut. Great experience. Jacklyn was great and continued to make sure I was happy with the cut the whole way through the process. Will definitely return to this location in the future.

Took my mother to get a hair color and hair cut and the lady named emrie did a horrible job. The hair cut was suppose to have layers but she didnt even cut it at all she took an inch off the bottom and thats it the hair color she still has gray hairs showin . Bad place to go to get your hair done.

It’s good if you’re looking for something convenient that’s not great clips and you don’t have your own hair stylist. The prices aren’t bad either.

Laura is very friendly!Good palette of shades.My master, Laura, was in a hurry to go home on Friday, so she did everything rudely.It hurt when she put up with my hair in a hurry.I didn’t like the color; she made me gray.But she cuts it well.
