Good experience the few times I have been there. Very reasonable on prices and things you are looking for they can usually beat the price.

I recently had a bike fitting with Jake at Dialed Cycling Lab and really enjoyed my experience. I was hesitant to make an appointment at first because it looked like he worked more with cyclists that race, but Jake asked a lot of questions about the riding I do and what I wanted to get out of the fit. I think he worked to fit the bike to my riding style, which I appreciated. The process never felt rushed, and I’ve been happy with the fit the last few weeks riding the changes. I’ve had bike fits at shops before that felt like they were trying to sell me a bunch of parts to make the bike fit better. That didn’t happen at Dialed. Jake was also helpful after the fitting with some parts I wanted to install. Overall, I was very happy with my experience at Dialed!

I took a little spill, and along with some skin, I left a sheared-off head of one of my fork cage mounts on the road. Being a little new to Vancouver, I thought to see if they could remove the remains of the bolt from my fork. Jake at the shop was available to look at the problem right away, and had the bolt out in no time! Literally, I had my bike back before my leg stopped bleeding. My next tune up will be here. Jake and the team are great. They are cyclist, they knopw what cyclist want and they know there way around a bike.If you want it done right so you can get on the road, these are your guys!!

Today was my second visit to Dialed Cycling Lab for minor fixes tour bikes. The rates are very reasonable. I am planning on using Dialed Cycling for all future work on our bikes. The shop is small but I felt comfortable. Jake has excellent customer service skills and well as mechanical skills.

Was completely new to cycling when I first visited Dialed Cycling and met Jake. Jakes been extremely helpful and is always willing to assist in any way. Brought my bike in with a minor issue with the brakes and Jake fixed everything in less than 15 mins without any charge. Highly recommend checking them out

I was recommended Dialed Cycling Lab by friend. My bike had an unknown squeak coming from the bottom bracket area. We called Jake on Wednesday morning and got the bike in that day. He called me Friday morning that the bike was finished. They went above and beyond my expectations in searching out the squeak. It is gone! No more petal squeak with every revolution. Very reasonably priced and very knowledgeable. I also love how he and his team just seem excited about cycling, and promoting the sport in East Vancouver. They are so much more than a great shop!

I had been to 2 other shops prior to coming to Dialed Cycling Lab and was left very disappointed because they didnt really fix the issue with my bicycle. I made a same day appointment and Jake fixed the issue in less than 10 minutes (he didnt even charge me). If youre looking to purchase a high quality bicycle or need someone whos knowledgeable and passionate about what they do, then make an appointment at Dialed Cycling Lab. Jake is such a nice/good guy :)

Jake at the Dialed Cycling Lab will bend over backwards to help his clientele. He is passionate about helping people with their biking needs. He is an excellent cyclist himself but youd never know it because hes genuinely more interested in getting more people out riding and helping the people that come into his shop. Great place and great guy!

Really impressed at the level of professionalism by Dialed. I am no cycling giant for sure, but I still feel welcome by Jake and appreciate his commitment to the sport. Needed a cassette swap on my Wahoo today and he effortlessly did it without charging me anything but a fist bump. Great to have another dedicated cycling resource on the east side of the Couve. Dialed is like no other bike shop. Theyre really knowledgeable about all things bike, provide awesome maintenance and repair services with fast turnarounds (not to mention great deals!), and are really fun to work/ride with. Would highly recommend!

I was apprehensive approaching Dialed Cycling Lab as my experience with Cyclists and the elitism attitudes commonly associated with cyclists has been a big turn off to me. I originally contacted Dialed Endurance Lab to address some running issues I have been dealing with and met Jake at that time. I quickly discovered that this place is different than others that I have gone to. Jake really seemed eager to help me address some issues with my bike in casual conversation. I thought my concerns would not be of interest or beneath a level of care that I have come to expect from such places. I received exceptional service & advice through both the Cycling Lab and Endurance Lab. My bike although older, is riding the best it ever has since I purchased it. I highly recommend Dialed Cycling Lab. They also have a POD cast that has been a great resource for information on Cycling etiquette/culture, tech, training, local events and much more. I called Dialed Cycling Lab after speaking with my MTBs manufacturer about some problems I was experiencing. They turned me into these fine folks as an authorized service center. I called and spoke with Jake, explained what was going on and asked how to proceed. He was confident that it was a simple fix and said if I had time that very same day, hed be happy to help.A short drive to their shop, he rode the bike and agreed that there was a problem with the bottom bracket and asked for 30min to look into the problem. Needless to say, he confirmed that it and the crank set had been improperly installed, cleaned the housing of contamination from the original install, lubed what needed to be lubed, set the proper preload in the assembly.Lo and behold, problem(s) solved and my day was made!I cant speak highly enough of his and DCLs professionalism and willingness to squeeze my bike into their schedule! 14/10, will do business with them again!Thanks again Jake!
