One of the bikes rear breaks were broken. We stopped by unannounced on our way to the skate park and he stopped what he was doing to help us. We got air in the tires and he also adjusted his front breaks. He watched the boy ride it and stayed till the boy was satisfied. Nice people. Great service. Will be coming back anytime we need help. I went to go get my really old bike fixed, and they were super nice about it and took no time at all. They had it done within 30 minutes and talked to me as they were doing it told me the process, when I got the bike back they charged me less than their time was worth. I made sure to tip them a bunch because they were just so so sweet. Definitely would recommend.

Highly recommend this bike repair shop. They easily and quickly fixed my shifting issues. They know bikes. I wish I knew about these guys earlier after having many bike mechanics do a bike stand fix only (they get it working on the stand and never road test it.) I would get home and have another issue.I was amazing when they said they could fix my issue and they were right! Totally happy with the shop!

This is a great little family owned neighborhood repair shop. My wife and I rolled in during a ride just to check out the shop and ended up buying a new seat and phone holder which they installed while I waited even though they were clearly busy. I’ll definitely be back for repairs and tune ups.

Great service. All I got was a simple check-up, tire inflate, and cleaning since I had long-resting sawdust ALL over the bike. Its a foldable one, so I needed it looked at by pros for safety.Got my service done within about 24 hours by two cool guys. Super cheap too. Bike is looking and running great. I didn’t have an appointment on a Saturday and was very skeptical if they 1. Would be open. 2. Would even answer the phone on a Saturday 3. Would take a look without dropping it off for a few days. The answer to all 3 was yes.Edward said to bring it by and he could at least check it out but couldn’t promise anything. I showed up 10 minutes later. He not only fixed my gear issue, fixed the brake issue and showed me how to work on in the future and straightened the handlebars. I took out my credit card to pay him, and he wouldn’t take it. He said he can do what he wants and wanted to be nice. He had customers waiting... I offered him $30, then $25 when he refused.Edward, you have our business (the paying kind) for life. My bike wasnt shifting right so I called to see how far out they were booking appointments. He said first come first served. I went down there and he made the adjustments to get my bike shifting correctly in about 5-10mins. Great service and the price was way under what I expected. Very positive experience.

Went there to get my brakes fixed. Turns out it was a simple thing and my bike was in and out within 5 minutes and they fixed it for free!!! This is an awesome shop! The owner is very nice, helpful, and super fast. I had ordered a bike online for my son and found that it needed some adjustments. After trying to do the adjustments myself and not getting it right, I took my bike to Rollin Right Bike Repair and Service. The owner was very nice and was able to get my bike adjusted in less than 15 minutes. I wish I would have gone here in the first place. Having an expert adjust my bike from the start would have saved so much time and frustration. My son is so happy to have the bike working. Thank you!

I dropped off my Cycleboard Rover electric scooter to have the rear tire replaced. It was the tire thats connected to the motor and it was way beyond my abilities to do. I dropped it off on Friday afternoon and had it back by Saturday afternoon. They put 3 to 4 hours of work into the job and only charged me 43 dollars. They did an amazing job. The staff I dealt with was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely return the next time that I need that tire replaced. Thank you so much for getting me back on the road.

We dropped off four electric Rad Bikes, three were mine and one was my friends, and he was able to work on all and deal with the tedious process of obtaining parts from Rad Bikes. Extremely honest. I have an old bike that truly isnt worth repairing, and confirmed that at Rollin Right. Edward was very helpful in providing recommendations and had my best interest in mind. I will only come here for any future repairs once I buy a new bike.

The man with the killer dreads worked on my Fugi Absolute 2.0 and did a great job. When I picked it up there were a few extra things I wanted to address and he worked them out with ease. Overall it was a good experience and my bike is running smoother than ever. I highly recommend this shop!

Bike adjusted well. Seemed overcharged a bit. 8 day turnaround. No communication. My previous experience was great; but this last time, meh. Weird vibe. Maybe too much success too fast ruining a good thing.

The saddle bolt for my bike seat broke, so I went here for a replacement bolt. The gentleman who helped me stated he wasnt sure he had any, but would go ahead and check. After a couple minutes looking, he came back and gave me a bolt he found for free. Definitely taking my bike here next time it needs a tune-up or repair.

I went in just for a part (derailleur) as I do my own mechanical work, but when I ran into an issue he helped me out of kindness vs trying to make a profit. Great repair shop. I was looking for a new drivetrain for my bike and not really sure what I wanted. Got some great advice from the owner, Edward. Bought a SRAM Eagle NX system and brought it to him to install. He did a great job and finished it 2 days earlier than hed estimated. Very happy with the work, the guy pays attention to detail and takes pride in his work. Will definitely be back.

I was in dire need of a tune up for my bike, which is vintage and probably hasn’t ever seen a tune up in its existence so I ended up at Rollin Right, the owner and repair woman Stephanie were amazing. They gave me a quote and estimated it would be a few days before everything was done, they texted me about 24 hours later and said my bike was ready. I was so excited I picked it up right away, took it for a quick spin around the parking lot and was amazed how well it rode. I appreciate their efficiency and friendliness. I will definitely go back for whatever else I need as well as refer my friends. Thank you guys!!!

Needed a few minor adjustments so called at 6:30 on Friday night to schedule. Edward said bring bikes by and hed take a look.. made the adjustments and said no charge. Not so fast... gave him 20$ and were back riding before dark. Great customer service and will definitely return for all bicycle needs.

Its a smaller shop, which leads to a friendlier environment than a larger shop will have. If you need a bike repair, it will get done no matter how odd it is. Cool place. Bought myself 34 bikes from this place, and every single one was amazing! The best part is, i only spent $500 bucks for 34 bikes! All brand new. That price is almost impossible, but they got it done.

We walked in to Rollin Right Bike Repair on a Sunday afternoon with a bike that seemed completely shot. Edward was awesome! He replaced the rear sprocket, adjusted the brakes, replaced the bearings in the crank shaft, adjusted the front end, and readjusted the handle bars. He did all this and got the bike back to us the same day so our boy could use it to get to work on Monday. His prepare bill was so reasonable we couldnt believe it.WOW! Weve had a lot of bikes fixed all over town and this was the fastest and most economical service weve ever had.
