Went to the Vancouver store to place an order and get more information on the products they carry. They were very helpful in explaining and showing us All of our options. Delivery was scheduled that afternoon. And then things fell apart BUT The crew went out of their way to make sure we got all the needed parts prior to the weekend. They then followed up and apologized for the issues. By Tuesday all items needed were delivered.
