After working with Northwoods for 9 months to build cabinets for our new home, they stopped returning calls and emails. We were living in our old house while building our new house. We called them to verify that the cabinets would be completed in a timely manner. They told us they would. The day AFTER we signed our house sale agreement, they told our builder that they wouldnt be able to complete our job until the day before we were to move into our new home and that was a maybe. We called, we emailed and they just ignored us. We had to rush to find another cabinet company.Yes, we completely understand that we were building during a pandemic and there are a lot of supply issues, but they didnt even attempt to offer any solutions, timelines and just left us with nothing. That is not the way to do business. Had they been upfront about completing our job, we would not have signed our house sale agreement and waited.So if you want a company that you are not 100% certain will follow through with the job, this is the company for you.

Beautiful cabinets. Nice show room with a nice variety of cabinets so you can actually see what they look like. They seem to really know their stuff.

My fiance and i walked in looking to get price quote for kitchen cabinets. The sales people were dismissive and made us feel unworthy of their time. They did not even bother to show us any of the products they have to offer or give price ideas.

Excellent work by Randy and team. The two gentlemen who arrived to install our built-in did a wonderful job, and this design really pulls the room together.

Very competitive pricing for Vancouver. Go at least a month in advance and always shop around.
