Very happy with the quality of custom cabinetry and service that they provide their clients. I have been in this industry for over 16 years and can honestly say that Vixon builds a solid custom product, is fair on their pricing and delivers exactly what they promise. I Highly recommend this company to others in the industry and private homeowners.

The first small job they did for us was fine, but then when we hired them to finish they collected half deposit, and did not do the work as promised, kept our deposit money for an unreasonable amount of time, after a month of waiting just for a job date after deposit, we tried to get the owner to call us with a date. We left 3 messages before finally getting a call back over a 8 day period. We were told we were not a priority job since we were an individual account and that their work with contractors were more important. We are getting a refund (hopefully) and some of our cabinet doors back that we have been without for some time in their office. Be careful with this vendor! Get their promise in writing and make them stick to it. We lost valuable time on our job because they promise and dont deliver, we tried to be patient and understanding, but this business is NOT customer service driven.

I had a pantry put in my home. Horrible service took me 3 months for someone to get b a ck to me once they had my money they treated me the same way no return phone calls just didnt care about selling anything!!! I need garage cabinets for my husband garage and you are the last company I will call.The installers were great though did a good job and love my cabinets but will never work with the guy in charge again.

The Vixon people just built 40 feet of kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities at a base price of about $145 a foot for hatural finish alder and melamine for a house that we are renovating. I leave it to the reader to research the relative value of my purchase compared to their competitors. We are very happy and pleased with the overall result. The appearance, the quality of installation, the quickness of resolving issues, and the ease, patience and attentiveness throughout the process resulting from the Vixon staff made this a very good experience for first time renovators. They made it come out as we had hoped it would. I suggest giving local businesses an opportunity to work for you. We have been learning a valuable difference between big box store staff and local business staff who specialize in a particular type of service. So much more experience, time, patience and expertise in design and execution of a project are available from these businesses!
