I received a gift of the Beaches candle. Very disappointed as I had heard great reviews about these candles. Very smoky and minimal scent the glass holder is black at the rim after I burned for a few hours. Not worth the money and would not buy in future.

I just drove to their shop on Venables and purchased several candles today. Kathy helped me out and was just fabulous to deal with. My wife LOVES her candles. Ill be back.

They are lightly scented soy candles blended with essential oils to reflect the mountains, water and neighbourhoods we live in, everything Canada represents. LOVE the smell of The North but it releases so much soot into the air its unreal! Ill blow my nose and its just black. Im in a well ventilated room and have used other candles with no issues. Sad because I love this candle scent, but I wont be repurchasing.

After watching a YouTuber, Drew Yauch describe Vancouver Candles, I decided to order 3 candles to start out because I am such a lover of candles. Fairview, Vita, and Nova were my choices. Well I have to start by first saying, the packaging was very thoughtful, the candles are very heavy and just Stunning!! Fairview and Vita both are my favs and I havent even burned them yet but both scents just draw me in and make want to continue to buy from this candle even though Novo missed the mark due to the very faint smell. I was expecting to be Wowed when I burned Novo but it was total opposite because the scent never covered my bedroom which kind of left me confused. Inspite of my dislike of Novo, I still believe in this company because of the overall presentation. I will still buy more candles because Im curious to know what other scents will make me feel as Happy as I am with Fairview and Vita! Oh by the way, Fairview is hands down out of this world Amazing and is giving me so much Life!! I need this company to make this candl in a bigger size. I for sure will be buying this candle a lot!!!

Candles these days are super expensive and come in all kinds of wonderful glass and other decorative containers. None of the others even comes close to the heavenly smells that these candles carry. Each one is completely different and yet all of them are amazing and appeal to just about everyone, IMHO. They last for HOURS and hours, so the price tag is completely justified. My favourite is the Gastown scent, and it will forever be my fav candle...luscious and full bodied the tobacco, amber, and black pepper is the perfect combo.
