Bath and body works will always get 5 stars from me. The moment you walk inside is like stepping on the Caribbean beach for the first time. At least thats my oasis. Whatever yours is, this place will take you there. Bath and body works is always updating their fragrance lines, and the accessories that come along with the plug-ins and travel care. No matter what you will find a fragrance the suits you. My recent favorite is the sunrise woods collection. It is so tantalizing to me its unreal. The body washes will always leave you feeling fresh and clean. Not like some others that leave you feeling sticky and filmy. You never go wrong when you shop Bath and Body Works.

The staff here was super helpful and friendly. I had gotten a birthday gift from a friend and it wasnt my preferred smell, so they let me exchange for something I really liked. OH and they have body scrubs now. Either a sand scrub or sugar! I lovvvee my sand scrub!

If you enjoy froofy fragrances and highly scented cleansing washes, body sprays, and silky lip balm, then youll love this store. But beware! All this great smelling stuff comes at a price, and it isnt cheap. I suggest only coming here and stocking up during a sale, or better yet, grab some of the clearance stuff. Try not to fall in love with anything too specific, as they tend to drop scents regularly, and then introduce new ones. Its a good idea to ask a long term employee which scents are the most popular (and therefore the most likely to stick around) and then browse only through those. For the less discerning consumers (such as myself) I prefer to get the clearance stuff on sale so long as its not too fruity smelling, and stick with that. When it runs out, I go back and but something different, again at sale and clearance prices. Best of shopping luck! Also, its useless to visit this store if you have a cold or a stopped up nose.

They have a great selection very helpful but the employees keep following my adopted son around the store.

This place is amazing!! They consistently redecorate their store to match the season with their smells and decorations. Also if you sign up for their coupons, they usually have a buy one get one free or half off and I use that all the time. You cant go wrong with their purfume!! I get it as present for people on Christmas cause who doesnt like to smell good?

Ive been going here for years, mainly for the little hand sanitizer containers. Their hand sanitizer smells so much better than the usual, and the travel size is useful. Today was my first time coming back after the pandemic, and it seemed like the service was even nicer. The man greeting customers by the door was very helpful, and the woman behind the cash register was professional and nice. It was a quick in-and-out experience, got exactly what I needed and wanted, and Ill definitely come back.

I love the stuff they have. You can always find something that smells wonderful. You can go overboard with stuff.

The price of the mini hand sanitizers went up a couple bucks but if you buy one large its definitely worth it! The staff was very friendly and seemed to have a decent flow for covid distancing. Now the trick is to get everyone to follow the path...

I’ve been here a couple of times, and both times I’ve been the employees have been rude. Today I saw an employee bark at a customer to stay behind the marked line when at checkout. Not even polite about it. Customers just get yelled at like children. I know there’s extra rules we all have to follow due to Covid, but come on, be polite about it.

Best place to buy house sprays !!!! Their sprays are not wet, they spray out dry fragrances. Wonderful selection to choose from. They last awhile because you only need 1 spray. Friendly workers and they are helpful.

Staff was friendly and helpful. There is mostly products suited for female interests. I like guy smelly stuff too. I ended up get focus lotion. It is amazing and smells great. When i put this lotion on, everyone knows to leave me alone cause im laser focused. i recommend stopping in and exploring nose needs.

As helpful as 1 B&BW employee was the other was completely rude. Not only to me but to the customer in front of me. She snatched my basket of merchandise out of my hand. I had a few questions which she didnt seem were worth her time to answer. If you cant handle a job in retail get out of that area of employment. Thankfully this isnt the normal behavior of the others Ive encountered at this location previously.

I have several body sprays and lotions that smell amazing! Unfortunately, most of my faves are no longer sold regularly or will never be sold again. I do love that you can get coupons sent to you that give you an item for free and 20% off your entire purchase.
