I love that they track your previous or regular orders by phone number. My hubby gave me the wrong order (db) in a hurry and they were able to help me get him the right thing immediately.

The workers here are super nice, but quite frankly I dont find this place to be as good as other Black Rocks despite the very convenient location. Ive driven by a few times but had to go elsewhere just because the line was ridiculously long. I also think that the drinks generally taste a bit more bitter here than at other branches, which isnt to my personal liking.

I love blackrock but this last time I did not have a very good experience. Me and my husband ordered 2 drinks and the order came out to $10. We ordered iced drinks but asked for “light ice” and the girl with the long red hair said if she does light ice then she can’t fill them all the way. We said alright thinking it was just gonna be a little bit even though at a different location the day prior, we also asked for light ice and the guy working did it no problem and still filled it all the way! But anyways the girl gives us our drinks and they are literally like 3/4 full. I feel like that was not worth $10 for two empty cups.

2 stars only cause I love black rock coffee but my last visit to this location I asked for extra sweet but yes mentioned it may need a extra pump of syrup just cause I feel when I order a large they sweeten it as a medium but when I receive d it drove off believing it would be good, NOPE! Taste like straight coffee with barely any sweetness, so mad but I couldnt go back as I was on my way to work.. darn this location....

The drinks are always made to perfection and they spent the time to double check which pastries were gluten free, which is super important to do. Honestly, this is the most friendly, upbeat Black Rock I have ever been to. Haylee is always super energetic which definitely helps my morning grumpiness! Also, they are always playing good music haha go grab a coffee, you wont be disappointed.

I tried a BR years ago and wasnt impressed. This place was great! Great cup of coffee!

They kept increasing the price. Coffee is now over $7. For $10, you can have a lunch entree. We were regulars here for years, but no more. The last straw was when they goofed up the points on purpose. I think they are trying to phase out the points system. Well, they’ve lost us as a customer. Goodbye Black Rock.

Long line, poor service, not very friendly employees. Website stated they had Soy, Hemp, Coconut, Oat milk options. However they only have oat milk alternative.

Every time I come To this location, I am ALWAYS unhappy. They’re all rude (except the guy & girl who always work in the morning). Their coffee never tastes right, and they always give me too much or too little ice in my drinks, so I’m either drinking watered down coffee or not cold enough coffee. Definitely recommend the mill plain black rock!

This place would be better if they stopped asking how are you doing today and what are you up to. Just give me my coffee and let me go Im not here to chitchat with baristas Im here because I need caffeine. Not to sound rude or crass but they wouldnt talk to me if we are out in public so why am I making the effort here

Blackrock coffee is the best. And I always go there and order my drink. At this location I didn’t have the best service. The barista that was making my drink wasn’t nice and also made my drink wrong and told me that’s the right drink when for the past year and a half I’ve been ordering the same drink and I know exactly how to make it. But barista taking my order was the sweetest!

My husband and I go there once a week, and they remember our order every time! Lots of choices of drinks and their coffee is good.
