The place was clean and comfortable. We were greeted as we walked in. My drink, the Peppermint Mocha, was hot and tasty. I highly recommend the Marionberry coffee cake.

I recommend this coffee shop. Coffee is really good and I love the location. If you live in the area this should be the coffee shop of your choice.

Their drive thru is super quick. They are pretty nice and their coffee tastes good. Also they know how to correctly steam oat milk (not sour) and their coffee tastes smooth and not too acidic. Im pretty picky on my coffee and this is the only place besides river maiden that actually gets it correct.

Super friendly staff and yummy drinks. The drive thru is really convenient and doesnt usually take too long. They always give our dogs treats and their prices are comparable to Starbucks but they offer oat milk as well which Starbucks still only has at select locations

I love they have pumpkin available all year. The cold brew is the bomb dot com and holy cow will it give you super human strength to get through life! Right now the eggnog lattes are my jam because..... eggnog season!

My husband and I have been going here every single morning for at least 6 months. These people are consistently kind, friendly, funny, and remember our drinks and cars and names. The baked goods they bring in are great, the coffee is really good, and the value is amazing.

My mom, a latte conniseur, goes here all the time. If you want food then get their bagel and ask for it toasted with cream cheese. Its so good, they use Sunrise bagel dough I think.

I have always loved this place and their drinks are always so good! However I’m not going back anytime soon because of only ONE lady who ruins my mood everytime! I come through hoping for a good coffee and a smiling face but instead get rude comments and remarks. Always from the same exact lady! Wish she could just be happy. OK coffee shop got a mocha and the chocolate inside it tasted old like it had sat. A connoisseur of all things chocolate here.

Met a friend to have coffe but decidee to have tea. It was a Mango black tea, super yummy. The girls were helpful considering it was my first time there. Service was quick and correct. Will be returning. Thank you.

Came in here for my first time because someone gave me a gift card at a Christmas party! I got a white peppermint mocha and it was rich and creamy, just how I like it. The drink was not too sweet and not too strong. I will be coming back. It’s a cute shop and well. Decorated.

The coffee is good, the shop is pleasant to sit in, clean, etc. I might give a half star less than 5 because they dont distinguish themselves with a unique drink or character... the golf course story is not captivating.Dont get me wrong, they are top 5 or so in Vancouver, just not my favorite one. Vancouver has a lot of great coffee places, and no Starbucks or Dutch will have the quality of coffee or cafe experience that Fairway has achieved.

I love this coffee shop and have been going since it opened. However, one lady in particular has a very bad attitude. Not once has she smiled or been friendly at all. This makes me not even want to go there because of her.

Ok let’s start with simplicity, this place is very simple, yet a great and affordable yummy coffee shop, i drive in at least twice a week. And enjoy getting the delicious Vanilla Honey Latte. It’s a great drink to start of from. The people are very kind, and the place almost always has people socializing with each-other. If your deciding if you should go in or not. Then there really is no choice but to go in ;-)

I love Fairway! They always have interesting flavors - like a blackberry lavender white chocolate latte, for example. I enjoy trying these kinds of unusual combinations as well as regular, drip coffee. Both are good! Everyone is really nice and the chairs are comfy. Its my favorite local coffee place.

I LOVE Fairway Coffee! Its my favorite coffee, hands-down -- its never burned or bitter like a lot of places. The staff is friendly and quick, and are always willing to make accommodations. I have friends who are lactose intolerant or gluten-free, and they are always able to find something there thats still delicious! Fairway always goes out of their way to be supportive of local events and schools, and they are a big part of the community. On top of that, they make the BEST vanilla latte I have ever had in my life. It tastes like fresh waffle cones! Go here, you will not regret it!

The coffee is amazinf. I come here very often to do homework, and it’s a nice environment to do work in. I also love that they have punch cards here.

When an employee makes an effort to know your name and genuinely greats you with a happy smile and your name, well, that means a lot to me about staff and a business. Very tasty breakfast treats. If youre there in the afternoon, try a bagel dog. Enjoy you visit.

Really clean, great seating, friendly service, with some limited food options. Coffee is Stumptown which is standard in the area. It doesn’t set out to be something it isn’t and fits its exact role as a neighborhood coffee shop. I’ll take them over Starbucks any day.

All I know about this place is that someone called “the fairway man” keeps leaving reviews on EVERY coffee shop around my area (not even in the same state, by the way) telling customers to go to Fairway. The reviews are almost incoherent (weird rambling with no attempt at grammar or spelling) and his profile pic is a Trump “keep America great” shirt. If this dude’s weird comments tell me anything about the business, it’s that I want to stay the hell away from it. Take that as you will.

Very tasty cup of half card half reg. The barista was really nice and helpful. They serve up some stellar baked items was very impressed with the quality of the Croissants. If I was a local would go here all the time.

Staff here are always friendly and have a can-do attitude. Very cozy inside and spacious enough for plenty of people to spend time inside. The coffee is just right: not too strong, not too weak. And their holiday drinks are some of the best!

For some reason they seem to not hear great. Almost every time I go I have to verify my order at the window. At this point I only go when I have to. I us to go before because it was good. Not worth the hassle anymore.

Great little coffee shop! Friendly service that was nice and quick. They use Stumptown coffee, which is very yummy. Great seating area complete with games and some kid activities. It definitely felt like you could sit down and stay awhile!

This is a very lively place and the coffee is great. We got to sit outside and there is also plenty of seating inside. Wonderful staff. A new favorite.

Love this place! They have great coffee, and mochas. Their hair bender blend is awesome. And Alistair always gets my order right at the Orchards location.

My wife and I used to live in apartments down the road and this quickly became our favorite place to get coffee. We built our house and now its a 15 minute drive to get to Fairway but we still make the trip on a regular basis. The coffee is amazing, and I have only ever had to wait in a decent sized line once, every other time has been fast or at least reasonable. I also dont understand the reviews on here talking about poor customer service as I literally have NEVER had anyone be less than stellar to me. This is far and away my favorite coffee shop in Vancouver. Great coffee, good people, and awesome atmosphere.

Kids hot chocolate was WAY to sweet!! Was wishing I had order one warm milk, and one hot chocolate to dilute it. Then it would have been perfect. 😊 Good friendly service.

Staff was friendly coffee was ok but the set up made it where there was little places to sit and chat which is why I had picked a sit down coffee shop they werent even necessarily busy it was just poor design

Coffee is great, staff is patient if you dont know all the fancy terms for coffee, and gets through lines quickly without much hassle. Incredibly quiet despite how it can get busy quickly.Price is pretty average, but a great deal for the quality of flavor.

Kids love some fairway after school, we usually stop by twice a week. I love the berry cake. Service is always great.The punch cards are great, especially when you go as often as we do.

I’ve been coming here since 2014. Back then Fairway was 5 star. Perfect drinks and friendly staff. 2018 Fairway doesn’t even come close sadly. Rude staff and a good chance that your drink doesn’t taste very good. I can only assume there has been a change of ownership and the new owners either don’t care or are happy to run the place into the ground.

Outstanding customer service, the owner cares about the customers and their feedback, one of the last non corporations money driven places left. I love this place

Fairway coffee is located at site that was a par 3 golf course. This is simply my favorite coffee shop in Vancouver. It is small, clean, comfy, and they server great coffee, tea, and pastries all with excellent service. They have a drive through for those nasty days.

This shop is GREAT! The Eggnog latte is great and really creamy. Some of the staff will actually learn your name and remember. Not many shops like that.

This place has some of the best coffee that Ive tried. The atmosphere of the joint is pleasant, the prices are reasonable, and the caramel latte I ordered comes short of only Black Rocks caramel blondie. Very impressed.

Ive visited 4 times. The staff is rarely friendly, and the drinks are a toss up. I give 3 stars because I have had one super awesome staff member serve me. Wish I had asked for his name!My friend goes more often because its near his home, and he agrees that the staff are typically rude or offstandish.On one occasion, he had a blended drink with hair in it, and asked if they could remake it. The employee was agitated, and said, Well I dont know what that is, but its not hair. (Okay, but its a random object just chilling in his cup. Get rid of it).We work in customer service ourselves, so we are always polite to servers, and even if we were like some other, more A-hole type customers, the staff should be hospitable.
