Mon Ami is truly a gem of Vancouver. Due to the pandemic, the owner has had to make some big changes, which included doing away with the crepes. As some one who has becoming here for years, I think it has made the business better. The focus is put back into the wonderful Stump Town coffee based drinks, and makes service a bit quicker. Plus, theyre starting to carry pastries from the local bakery Sugar and Salt. The coffee isnt the only great thing, the cozy environment that has been created is wonderful! Local artists have pieces hung all around the shop. Eclectic furniture and lighting through out just add to the ambiance. Not to mention, they have a chess night and knitting night every other Saturday! Great place to find a community! The owner (who has been running this place solo due to the pandemic) has really turned the place into an amazing hangout with great coffee. 10/10 would recommend.

The crepes are so yummy! We stopped in just for that and were very impressed. We didnt order coffee, but there were lots of people in there eating and drinking coffee. It was a very popular location and I can see why! Definitely check it out if you havent already! The staff was very nice and took our order in a timely manner. Our food was done pretty fast as well!

I used to love this place when they served the savory crepes. The coffee was always yummy and unique as well. But honestly without the crepes it’s sort of pointless. I’m sure they stopped serving them because of the cost involved with the covid nonsense. I hope they can start again otherwise I think they will end up closing. It’s sad to see.

Decent Crepes -- my boyfriend loved the French Club. I tried the banana and peanut butter with gluten-free batter. I should have asked for maple syrup and whipped creme to replace the honey drizzle and cinnamon sugar. I would reccomend researching the creperies in Portland for exotic flavor combinations that might elevate the menu a bit. Ill try again and update my review. Super sweet staff -- tip them well if you stop by. They deserve it.

Mon Ami is the most adorable, friendly crêperie! I love going in for the atmosphere, the crepes, it is a wonderful place to stop by and get just a coffee... I teach French and they happily accommodated a group of my upper level students there on a field trip to end the year a couple years back. I love Mon Ami and I have never had a bad experience!

I went here with my wife to grab a quick coffee and crepe. We were not disappointed! Super tasty and very filling. The Stumpown drip coffee has free refills and we went a couple of times for more. We ordered the ham, pear and Brie and it was delicious! Every bite was filled with flavor. The area to order is a bit small watch your elbow room...

Best place in Vancouver for fresh handmade crepes, with gluten free options. You must try their Nutella, cinnamon, and banana crepe... kids love these! The cafe serves delicious savory crepes as well. I would recommend coming here for date night and purchasing a savory first, and then a sweet crepe, along with a fresh cup of Stumptown coffee, a designer latte, steamer, or hot tea.

I love going to Mon Ami. I can be found there about once a week eating a sweet crepe. Their food is delicious, their front end service could be a biiiiiit better and more prompt. Today was a bit rough with us waiting to order for a good fine minutes while one gal kind of puttered around and the guy chatted with someone behind the counter. It wouldnt be a big deal but my mom was with me and shes on the older side and standing that long can get tough for her.

Im sorry to say I felt ripped off after trying Mon Ami. They dont list prices anywhere on their menu and the sticker shock hit when a small Americano and the French Club was almost 18 dollars!!! plus tip = $20+ bfast?! I seriously dont understand the rating on this place but I think the cook was new so maybe I just got a bad batch. Coffee 10/10, food 5/10, cost 1/10.

Best Gluten Free Crepes in Vancouver! They have a ton of different types of crepes to choose from and offer great coffee/lattes. They do really cool designs with the foam. Best crepes in the entire Portland area from my experience. The staff is also very friendly. Would recommend the Elvis if you like peanut butter.

This place is hands down, my favorite place to get coffee and food. Any special occasion i can find, I spend here. They support local artists and have wonderful, friendly staff. It is cute and quaint with beautiful latte art.

We get coffee here regularly because they’re one of the few places in Vancouver that uses stumptown. I recommend the lavender latte. Cute atmosphere and friendly staff.

A MUST GO! Ive gone to Mon Ami for years and brought several friends to give it a try and they always love it! The coffee is always great, staff are super friendly, and the crepes have a wide variety to meet whatever craving you have. The French club is the MVP. Great atmosphere to grab a bite with a friend, do homework, and its family friendly!

I love the atmosphere - they nail the small town coffee shop feel. Plus they serve great food! Crepes for days.It can be pretty busy though because it is in the heart of uptown Vancouver.

Coffee is excellent and served at the perfect temperature. Cozy mugs and delicious crepes. If you have a morning sweet tooth, try the Cinnamon Dulce. Warm staff and friendly patrons, as a traveler I often feel like an outsider in local coffee shops. Here I felt like a regular.

Friendly service, gluten free options that dont sacrifice on flavor, and delicious hand crafted coffees!! I absolutely love this place and am never disappointed. Local artists artwork is featured on all of the walls and there is even a little area dedicated to local events and happenings to help you stay in the know. Grab a menu, order up front and seat yourself. Also, if you dont finish your coffee they have to go cups available. If your in the area definitely give this place a try!

Too slow!!! We are here now and its already been a thirty five minute wait and still no food. Its a crepe for goodness sake, not a five course meal.

Love this place for breakfast. The crepes are either savory or sweet and a good value. Im a tea drinker and enjoy that they serve good quality and my wife thinks their coffee drinks are some of the best. The decor is very inviting and its a good place to meet up with friends for a bite.

Over priced and rude employees

There crepes are amazing, lattes are great too. It has a very local feel inside. Ask if they can make you a chic-o-stick latte. Ive never had a bad experience there.

The crepes we got were not crepes. They were hard and flaky like bad pastry dough on the outside. There was barely any banana in my crepe, and my London fog literally tasted like dirty dishwater. I really wish I had asked for my money back but I have anxiety. You can get more authentic crepes at ihop.

Great crepes not too much seating went on a raining day around 10 and didnt have to wait though it seemed to get busy later. Got a sweet and savory crepe! And since they basically only make crepes they are SUPER FAST!

I just recently started to become a regular here. The food is wonderful, and the coffee is amazing! If you love honey, try the Beehive Latte. It is a pleasurable experience to say the least. If timed wrong, the only drawback is that it can get very busy and noisy quite quickly. I recommend you allow yourself time to place and wait for your order. Dont go if you are in a rush, as it will change the experience. The wait is well worth it, so give yourself extra time.

This place was really awesome, in a quaint calming way. I had the French crêpe and a coconut Mocha. The crepe was amazing. Possibly the best Id ever had. The coffee was really good. The service was great. I will definitely be back. This would be the perfect place for a breakfast date. Cozy and good atmosphere.

I called for take out a few days after the government forced restrictions on crowd size below ten (10). It was easy to find a number to call on IG (Instagram). I called ahead and the friendly man who answered the phone was calm and allowed me to remember everything for my order. We found parking right out front. The door was left open and welcoming and I was greeted immediately upon entering. Kina helped me at the register with a friendly smile and rung up our to go order . The wait was maybe 5 min, but seemed like nothing with their positive chitchat. As soon as I got to the car I had to try it, and it was cooked to a perfect crisp. Thank you Kina and Dwayne. The crepes are the best in Vancouver and the staff is always so friendly. Also make a delicious espresso as well. Its my wife and Is go to breakfast place on Saturday mornings. Highly recommend you give them a try, you wont be disappointed!👍👍👍👍👍

Love that they have local artists displayed throughout this cute and eclectic cafe. Gluten free versions of all savory and sweet crepes are available for a one dollar upcharge. Delicious specialty lattes (I recommend the Beehive). All their crepes are made with organic ingredients and they have a diverse selection. Filling and eating here is a visual treat!

The crepes are delicious but unfortunately not worth the wait. Had to wait half an hour before I could even order and there was only 4 ppl in front of me. Its been 30 min and still no food. Plus, the Syrup Trap is a waffle place that makes similar stuff just with waffles and they never have a wait like this. Food and coffee is delicious but its not a practical wait. Only two ppl behind the counter? One for coffee one for crepes? Hire more staff!!!

In a world of watered down coffee it is a pleasure to patron a restaurant that values their craft. Crepes are an uncommon treat in this part of the world so one may purchase a simple jam crepe found in carts to a smoked salmon crepe which is a definite luxury. The casual atmosphere is inviting, and while space is limited I have taken my infant here without incident.

The main thing on their menu is crepes, and they have a huge variety of good crepes. They also have good smoothies, a pleasant and cozy atmosphere, friendly and quick service, and decent prices. Ive eaten there a couple times and I plan on eating there more often.

Quaint little place in Uptown Vancouver with excellent crepes and coffee. They cater to Gluten-free too! The decor is pieced together from all areas, including locally made jewelry and mugs, dreamcatchers, local artists, etc. Seating is a little cramped and many of the tables are slightly wobbly or lightweight. Only two outdoor tables.

Always had good crepes here. They are a little pricey, but its a nice treat and you leave full. They do a good job with creative drinks made with Stumptown coffee.

Coffee used to just taste like coffee. This is the only place where coffee and espresso have flavor. Best spot in the city.

Mon Ami makes very good Chai tea lattes and coffee drinks. They also do a great job with their crapes and even make gluten free crapes! They dont have a big menu variety but they focus on what they are good at.

I would give 5 starts for the food. 3, 4 for the service. Most of the people working there are incredibly nice but had one person i was very frustrated and disappointed that made a difference here. Think if she focused on correcting her cusromer service approach she will do alright eventually. But really tasty and unique coffee. Amazing food! Grew up on crepes and these are the closest Ive had to home made by my mama crepes so great work!!!

Stoped in for breakfast on our way from Portland to Seattle, wonderful Almond Latte, had a savory Crepe, which was delicious, my only complaint was that in my opinion the crepe was over cooked a bit so that it was almost crunchy in parts, this is probably just a person taste thing, and some may prefer them that way, just not my favorite, but still very good and I would recommend it to anyone.

During our visit to Vancouver, this was the most pleasant experience we had for dining! The room was filled with local ma that obviously frequent this delicious creperie. We had a sweet chai latte and a French press- both were perfect! Mon Ami offers creative drinks, like the coconut curry latte, for the more adventurous diner. Our crepes were inventive & delectable. The dining area is filled with quaint, mismatched furniture, making it very cozy! Highly recommend!
