The rest arent worth throwing in trash. Extra star because of the drive thru. I didnt have to waste money AND energy to be disappointed.Im going to Angels Donuts by the mall.

Had a buy one dozen get original glazed free dozen coupon for Father’s Day. The manager was working the drive through at the time. I showed him my coupon, he scanned it said “hm interesting” then did something on his kiosk. Only to realize he gave me a military $3 off discount when my second box should have been free. Got ripped off about $10 here will never go here again. Sucks because he was the manager too you wouldn’t expect that.

Im from Virginia so I looked up a Krispy Kreme near me so from Portland I drove to Vancouver so I could pleasure myself with a sweet treat I saw the HOT LIGHT WAS ON SO I REALLY WANTED TO STOP NOW SO AFTER ORDERING HOT ONES I THOUGHT I RECEIVED ROOM TEMPERATURE DOUGHNUTS SO I WAS UPSET THAT THEY WERENT HOTT BUT AT LEAST THEY WERE FRESH ALSO THEY LACK PUTTING ENOUGH FILLING INSIDE THE DOUGHNUTS IN WHICH THE ONES BACK HOME THEY DO SO ALL AND ALL A 3 SCORE WAS WHAT I CAME UP WITH

Whats not to love about Donuts! Krisby Kreme makes some of the best donuts around but the glazed donuts are excellent! I tried Krisby Kreme Glazed Donuts first in Alabama in 1996 and they are the same now as they were back then! Sometimes Simple can be the Best and Krisby Kreme does it Well with their Glazed Donuts! Definitely will be back for more over and over! 🥯❣️ 👏!

So first time trying Krispy Kreme this morning, the original glazed donut was cold and tasted like lard. The PB filled was good. The coffee was sweet and hot but I was pretty bummed by the whole experience. At least I can say Ive had their donuts.

The service was not great, one of the servers put her hair up with her hands and did not wash them before returning to the window. Bathrooms were filthy, looked and smelled like it hadnt been clean for weeks. Spoke to the district Mgr. and he sarcasticly thanked me for letting him know. I will NEVER go back there again. EVER.

While nothing beats that fresh, mouth-watering, delicious taste, seeing the various designs bring a smile to your face. Its a Good thing I dont live close to Krispy Kreme, if I did Id probably be eating donuts every day! :-)

A little disappointed when my co worker and I each wanted to get 6 of the Mars Doughnuts, but they would only sell us 6 total. Would not let us get two separate orders of 6. In other words, the quality of their doughnuts exceed their customer service.

I was going to order a box of assorted donuts custom on the Krispy Kreme website but it kept giving me an error saying I couldnt order it once I got to checkout. I called up and I think I got the manager but I cant recall her name (Im sorry, youre awesome). She said it should work and she didnt know why it wasnt. She said I could order from one of the delivery apps though the assorted dozen that is random but tell her the ones I wanted and she would make sure her team put it together properly which I did and she did.I had told her that the donuts were for my wifes birthday and that I wanted to make sure we got the right ones for her. So she not only made sure we got the exact right donuts, she also sent us a happy birthday donut box. It was so amazingly sweet and made my wife tear up.As I said. Best customer service ever.EDIT: Had a VERY similar experience on Mothers Day. Apparently Im terrible at picking the time and place to make orders. But I got the same manager on the phone and she did the same thing for me as last time! And I got her name. ANNA! She is literally the best manager with the best team of people in the history of managers and teams. Across all platforms and mediums, not just in the pastry industry. FANTASTIC!

Disappointed time after time-- the doughnuts are ALWAYS either soggy/sweaty glaze or totally misshapen (crazy big or tiny) . We started checking the box before leaving the drive through-- sure enough the glaze was sweaty on all of them so we asked for a fresh batch, he gave us green ones (st patricks day) and said thats all they had. Krispy Kreme is so good but not at this location!!

I have been coming to this location since it opened. Service has never been too great, unless we got the manager, he was great. After the experience I had today, I will not be coming back to this location again. Service was horrible, after waiting in line, gal helped someone who came in after us as we waited and watched. No thanks, going somewhere else.

I love their original glaze, but their customer service could use improvement. Their menu has discontinued items all over it. Not nearly as professional as I would expect for such a large corporate company.But, of course I love their original glazed donuts so I continue to go back there.

They ought to bring back the maple bar - oh, and being back the dozen sale that used to take place at the end of each day to clear inventory and ensure fresh doughnuts the next day.

I love Krispy Kreme donuts and have faithfully supported them through regular purchases for many many years and until today have always had a good experience.Today my daughter and grandson and I pulled into the drive through. I ordered one dozen assorted donuts and then ordered the one dozen glazed donuts for $6.00 (right around $20 for 2 dozen donuts) and asked if I could upgrade one of the donuts to an apple fritter and was told sure for a “little” cost bump. GotTo the window and was asked to pay $26 plus change and I said “no that’s not right, it was $14 for the assorted donuts and $6 for the glazed, how did it jump to this amount?”The gal at the window was obviously new and asked her manager who came to the window and said very snidely that by upgrading one donut to an apple fritter made my order ineligible for the $6.00 price for the glazed donuts. I kinda laughed and said well then replace the apple fritter for an regular donut because it certainly wasn’t worth a $6 upcharge. To which the manager literally ROLLED her eyes and acted totally inconvenienced that she had to adjust the cost on the register.Wow, way to go to make what has always been a wonderful experience absolutely one of the worst ones around... perhaps they have forgotten that they aren’t the only donut shop in Vancouver and thanks to the disgusting UNPROFESSIONAL attitude ofTheir staff, they have lost a long term faithful customer to Mr Maples Donuts whereThey have a clue how to treat their customers.

Being from NC, I grew up with Krispy Kreme doughnuts and I have nothing but fond memories as a child. Im in Washington for the summer and was happy to find a local KK not far me in Vancouver, WA. All of the staff at this location are friendly, professional, and show pride in their work. Now 55, Im happy to see the similarities in the employees that I remember from my childhood. Update to one star: went in today to find over half of the stock was out. You all have to start doing something different here. It is sad. I’m not coming back anytime soon.Old review: My familys come here quite a few times over the years. And normally we are quite happy with the service. However the last few months that weve come by they seem to be out of them quite a few Donuts. Come on various days so you cant really say that I just missed the busy time so thats why theres no Donuts.What it boils down to is Poor management. The management is the one who should be making sure but there is enough Donuts at any given time for someone to come in and purchase. When you run out of your staple donut and have to tell people itll be between a half hour and an hour until its ready thats not acceptable. Your POS system should tell you how many donuts are selling in an hour and approximately how many you have left in your inventory if youre using it properly. If nothing else once an hour in your racks should be able to provide you the answers you need. On top of that theres typically only one person working the front counter when theres at least five or six groups of people waiting. Theres also been a few times when they have the donuts but yet the front counter is not restocked because that one person is too busy trying to help out the customer. At the very least the management should be restocking all the racks to make sure theyre drive-thru and front counter are fully stocked at all times.

They give the donut that made yesterday that the original glazed donuts sugar coating it melted and running. Bad bad. That not how you sell donuts. Also that Krispy Kreme it not cheap and also we on We still in COVID-19 selling left over from yesterday is not a great business model.Also in Washington state when does plastic bag be come charged price like California? To get a Bag to put 2 dozens donuts in it will cost you $0.54 cent.Oregon charged $0.05 cent plastic bag and Krispy Kreme charge $0.54 cents more then California State charge for plastic back. The pandemic is all about taking care each other and protect each other.I own my own my business I don’t take this opportunity to price increase.

This review only reflects this specific location. Every single time I’ve been to this location its been a mediocre experience but today was incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. I will admit, i was running late hence why i called ahead to order and see if i can just pick up. I was expected to get there 7 min before the closing time at 9 pm. I called and an associate named Andrew picked up. I asked if he had just original glazed donuts which he said no and just told me that its closing and to not get my hopes up about getting donuts today. I politely asked if he could hold for a second to discuss with my wife and while i was asking he just hung up on me. I called back and to my suprise no one answered... i understand that my timing wasn’t convenient but im sure theres better ways to talk to a customer.
