Higher prices compared to other stores is expected in natural food stores like this one.There are other brands and products that I could only find in this store. Especially the natural and organic items.I just like the cleanliness and organized products in this location.

New Seasons is one of my favorite grocery stores in the Vancouver area! Ive always considered it to be like an improved Whole Foods; better delicatessen/hot food/bakery and customer service with a lot of similar offerings. Of course, health food stores are much more expensive than your average convenience shops, sometimes to the point that it seems unreasonable, and I wouldnt go here if I were really trying to save money. Still, the atmosphere is great, and there are a lot of useful products to buy here. I like coming back regularly.

Better than Whoe foods. Many vegan options and great staff.

Nice place, they have lots of great food you cant find at other stores. Way too expensive, makes me sad. This store caters to wealthy people only.

Always friendly and kind staff. Love the gift area, so many fun options and unique ideas. Tried the cookies by the lb for the first time and very impressed, got 3 or 4 different flavors and all were delicious and fresh.Had a mix up on a flower order and the florist was so sweet in fixing it and brightening my day.

High quality all the way around! The free fruit for kids and the diverse/inclusive atmosphere is apparent. Prices are higher but so is quality and health! My kids love the flagship smoked chedder cheese they have to offer, makes for a great casserole, pasta, or burgers! 🤤

Great store for large selection of organic produce and hard to find items like white miso paste. Needed it for a recipe and of course New Seasons had it, fresh in the refrigerated section. Great bakery and large vegetarian options. Very nice staff and a very good parking lot!

Visiting from out of town, and this place is amazing! Their custom sandwiches, baked goods, friendly staff and great in-store music all put other places to shame. I plan on coming back to binge on the cookie bar next time I fall off my diet.

Washington has it going on when it comes to local sustainability. New Seasons Market has a smaller size produce section than a normal supermarkets but almost everything there is organic and fresh. I dont shop that much in the middle of the store unless I need something out of convenience. It depends what Im looking for and how much Im willing to spend. The selection will consists of some specialty items which should be better for you however I read every label and look up what its it and if its rated good enough for a cancer patient. Reality proves that manufacturing of foods just have to many ingredients that can harm you. Im a big fan of the better made products even if I have to pay a little more but it need to pass the food grade test. Thats the hardest part of shopping in a store like this, when it comes to a one stop shop. Im there for the produce mostly. I do love the staff as they are friendly and know their product especially in the wellness department. Besides being family owned they play a crucial role in our community from sustainability to reducing food waste. Great place to spend your money where it goes back into the community we live in like to the local farmers and to feed the hungry.

I love New Seasons! The prices are fair for the quality they offer and they carry so many brands. I stopped in to grab a quick dinner and I was so happy to see the hot bar and salad bar back up and running!

Employee Sean was extremely rude, as I walked out he said some horrible remarks. Bad service from him. Everyone else was very nice

If your looking to try something new you will definitely find it here. They have so many interesting things and the staff are very friendly as well

New seasons has lots of great vegan and health-conscious options! They have local organic items. I love their selection of frozen products that are vegan friendly.I just wish they had a couple things that I am constantly looking for.Some of their prices are a bit high but other things are cheaper than standard supermarket prices (like vegan cheese)

We love New Seasons Market. They have a great meat and seafood selection as well as the fresh breads from the bakery. I stop in for the small breakfast buffet that they have. The hash brown casserole is so darn good as is the ham and swiss croissant.

I am only rating new seasons 3 stars because they were out of pecan pies with no order date. They told me to come back more towards Christmas to get my pecan pie :-(. But the store in general is very clean and the atmosphere is nice. I like the store but its no Chucks produce. Did you carry viso which is a plus because most stars quit carrying it. All in all Im giving him three stars because of no pies. thank you

Good variety of healthy food, supports local businesses, but prices can be a bit high. Great quality that i am willing to spend more for however. Personnel are very friendly and helpful. The stores are clean and adhere to good protocols. I feel safe shopping here.

Like its kissing cousin Whole Foods, New Seasons tends to cater to people who prefer organic groceries, high quality meats and veggies, a large variety of upscale wines, beers and micro brews cheeses, health supplements, and the like. That in itself is an admirable thing, and I love the freshness and quality I know I will find here. There is, of course, a price premium attached, but that is to be expected. My only complaint is that on a recent visit, I was looking for a party tray of cheeses, and another one of veggies, for a quick in-and-out shopping trip, and wasnt able to find either. I ended up having to go to the Fred Meyer across the street. Besides that, I often come here to try out some exotic new beer or cider, and rarely am I disappointed in that regard.

Not sure if this is normal... but the employees here seem to be real A-holes.I had an employee questioning the mask I was wearing. Like hes some medical doctor thats working part time in the produce department.Im sorry but I just cant with people like this...Please get rid of the Karen in your produce department. He was unbelievably rude. and I may consider continuing to shop here again.

The butcher counter at New Seasons is one of the best I have encountered in all of the Vancouver area. The meats are always fresh and well prepared. The Bahn Mi meatballs are a Must Try!

Sorry no photos was in a hurry. It makes a difference when you have a Handicap sign. But hate having one, unfortunately, no choice. Osteoarthritis is no fun....New Season it was very special...I love this Market..its like spending your time, relaxed & they go all out for you. Being a senior with physical issues, I give these guys 150%👍....

I love this store. It has great selection and a wonderful staff.

Was asked to leave the store today/refused service after I was completely done shopping due to wearing a face shield instead of mask. It didn’t matter that I have medical reasons for not being able to breathe in a cloth mask and local requirements encourage shields when a mask can’t be worn.Turns out New Seasons is only inclusive when it suits them.We will not be back after this experience, I am mortified at how I was treated by the rude staff and the rude customers that joined in on the experience. I was very compliant and polite, walking out when I was asked, but was surprised to hear the other customers gang up on the experience. That’s not the kind of business I want to support.

You get what you pay for. A bit spendy here but the quality, service, and presentation are of exceptional quality.

I would give zero stars if I could. “Friendliest store in town”?? Not even close. Every employee I’ve spoken to has been rude, unprofessional, and unwelcoming. Also extremely overpriced. Would not recommend shopping here

High-quality groceries. Unique items, plus plenty of local products.

So over priced, the toothpaste i get my kids was $3 more than where I normally shop. The gluten free bread i buy was also $3 more. Organic lettuce was $2 more! Super rude people. Check out clerk was the nicest part of this 10 minute shopping trip.

Great store. Has lots of specialty items. The bread section has lots of fresh baked bread options. Not one of them is a bad choice.

Despite being uber pricey, you are (generally speaking), paying for the better selection of overall healthier foodstuffs not found in regular grocery stores, and for an aesthetically positive environment including employees that seem obviously happy with their work. That said, you need to be diligent choosing fruit & veg, being truly organic I’ve often brought home moldy goods, and one time a caterpillar in husked corn... added free organic protein? They make real bread (minimal ingredients), and the large deli is the best for the local area. Although I don’t do all of my shopping here due to the higher prices, I am happy to drive a bit further to get groceries I believe are generally better for the body, mind and soul.

Always great produce & meats. Their deli section is wonderful if you need a lunch/dinner. I’ll usually hit it up to get a lunch for hikes on my way out.During the pandemic it’s nice to know of a safe place to shop where they take distancing more seriously, enforce masks, and keep things well sanitized. It makes a difference to feel more comfortable shopping.

Place is Awesome... fresh food! I was having a blast trying and sampling smoke fish, cheeses, and anything Deli wise before I purchased it. Lots of interesting foods but good for you stuff. We bought some Terriaki beef and Pad Thai chicken also some Cauliflower salad. Staff was great and friendly... Give it a try its great.

To the security guard removing the very dangerous couple with the 1 star review, I say, THANK YOU. She tried to say that she teaches human anatomy, if thats true were all in trouble, as this obviously a person lacking a BASIC understanding of human biology, not to mention common courtesy. That %#$# said the nose does not pose a threat to others you arent too bright I guess because I know your nose is connected to your lungs. How can I walk in the store without getting sick if your (most likely infected) husband has his nasty snot dripping nose hanging out of his mask. I wanted to write this review to cancel out hers because of obvious reasons, but I also reported it, as its completely invalid and irrelevant to new seasons, she can review the state of washington if her issue is the security enforcing STATE regulations. Big huge thank you to new seasons for doing a great job and continuing to supply us with amazing food and drinks even in the middle of the pandemic.

Just a regular cashier. This tiny little girl was helping me with my goat milk at the register and I was so confused because I’m lactose intolerant and I can’t stop drinking milk. I just asked her what milk is the best for coffee and I’m lactose. She finished helping me and walked me to the milk section and helped me with a million questions. I might have found the milk for me. Thank you. I’m so sorry I didn’t get your name. But you are probably the best customer service I have had all year 😘😘😘😘

I love this store because I have many severe deadly allergies to food additives and ingredients. Since shopping at New Seasons I have not had any episodes. They carry foods that. I cannot find anywhere else.

I am very sad. We have been visiting this store for 3 years and never an incident. But our last visit turned me away forever. What kind of security is he, he has no idea how to behave with clients !!! We were wearing masks, but my husband did not cover his nose with a mask. The guard came out and told him to cover his nose, my husband refused this is his right! He feels uncomfortable and has difficulty breathing. And in the end this is his life, and the nose does not pose a threat to others, we teach human anatomy. And then the show began, the guard began to kick him out with a noise as if he was a criminal, and scream the words Welcome to America, I call the police. We went out and he was shouting something not harsh: Go to Walmart. I was surprised, What was that? What is this show for? I think that it is not polite to behave like that with clients, it must be solved correctly. Since we did not violate any laws. Im sorry where were heading in 1930.

Over prized but, convenient

Over the top Covid 19 measures make for a hostile and tense shopping experience. Rude workers make this place a must not visit place in my book.

They are the worst!!! I miss Whole Foods!!! I have a serious condition and wore my face shield that my Dr. recommended, and they would STILL not let me in. Ridiculous!!! I have not had a problem with that anywhere other than New Seasons. I will avoid shopping here from now on! I used to spend a ton of money monthly with them. Will NOT be doing that anymore!!!!

Lots of unique options, pricing is a little high.

Extremely hostile towards those who are medically exempt from the cloth masks. Ive had very little trouble with most places when I come in wearing a face shield. I was told I cant shop here as soon as I entered the store. I said ok, Ill shop elsewhere.-They dont serve my kind here, - fair warning for others with similar circumstances.

Great selection on organic and vegan food

I accepted an instacart order only to find out that New Seasons changed their hours. I had 15 min to gather all the items. I was the last customer out of the store. I hate being that person. Big Jake (he asked that I specifically refer to him this way) was a amazing and helped me gather the last of the items. He was incredible. Nicole was the cashier checking me out and she was so friendly and understanding. You guys were incredible. Such a great testament to being the friendliest neighborhood store.

I really do enjoy going to new seasons. They have a great bakery and prepared foods section (much nicer than Whole Foods I think). They have a great salad bar and a massive selection of cheeses!! My wife and I do extensive cheese plates for New Years, and we came here to pick out most of our selection. It was extremely delicious. The staff is also very helpful and super friendly all the time.

Is it more expensive than other grocery stores? Sure. But how much more, and is it worth it? New Seasons is a specialty grocery store, with a fresh and organic theme. You wont find 2 full aisles of sodas or laundry detergent. But you will find a lot of vegan, natural and organic products that you wont find in a typical grocer. Plus, extremely knowledgeable staff, very friendly checkers, a floral dept. a butcher, and a really, really large and easy to navigate parking lot. Its a neighborhood grocer combined with a natural food store. And it works.

Nest produce, meats, wine selection, beer selection. Just a great place to shop in general.
