This is the closest card store to my house and it is also by FAR my favorite one to buy Pokémon at. The guys and girl who I’ve seen work here are super friendly and calm and always get me what I need. I’ve been here multiple times and they have all been an 11/10 experience. Prices are also very good compared to other game stores I’ve visited in the area. I do all my card shopping here when possible to support this amazing local business and I would highly recommend this place to anyone :)

One star mainly for the way I was treated for pointing out how some of my consigned cards were incorrectly labeled on ebay. Super rude and I regret every dollar I ever spent here. I wont be back, head to ccg, they are much nicer.EDIT: please note their reply, I never once asked them to lie or change condition on the card listing, they listed the set info and card numbers wrong, didnt include back pictures and then reply to this review as if I had tried to corrupt their strong moral values. Lies, and honestly close to slander. They made multuple mistakes, were rude and have an upset customer so they are trying to save face. The condition of the cards was never an issue, but the incompetence your employee showed and the way I was treated for pointing it out is. Do not trust this shop. Stay away. Absolutley disgusting way to handle the situation. Again, go to ccg, dont waste your time here.

I ordered an item from them and received confirmation. After over a week, the shipping information hadnt changed from label printed so I sent them an email asking for an update on the status. They then refunded the item without any correspondence. Would have appreciated a response before them taking action but they were quick to refund at least.

This shop has great individuals who are truly nice and happy to help you. They have great stock of any product and lots of other cool and fun items.

Be warned! If anything goes wrong with your purchase from these haters, they never ever accept blame. They lie and say whatever they can to move on to the next sucker. Many of the products they have are defective. Run screaming from the plastic storage boxes they sell. The only thing more defective than these boxes is the brains of the things that pass for decent humans that run this place.

Good place to go to for Pokémon cards, staff is very welcoming and helpful. They have a very good selection but they ask for 3 times the retail price it’s ridiculous!! We always go in to check out there single cards but the boxes and packs are so overpriced they racked up the prices just recently because last time we went a couple of months ago there prices were great!! Still will come in but sad about the boxes this is the only place you can find any now of days without scalpers always buying them all and selling them online.

Was a little skeptical going at first since I hadn’t heard of them before. After walking in was greeted by some employees and it was pretty nice inside. I don’t shop at card shops often but I’ve been here 3 times and will probably continue my business with them. Overall the prices may not be MSRP but from what’s around like ccg house in terms of pokemon they have the best prices other than going to somewhere like target. 10/10 would recommend and go to again.

Stopped by for the 1st time yesterday with my kiddos. The man working was very kind and kept my kids entertained while I perused their outstanding vintage baseball card selection. Very fair prices on all of their products. I will most definitely be coming back. Reminded me of the old sports cards shops of the 80s/90s.

Customer service is ehhh.. i go in from time to time to check out their pokemon product. They are always way over priced like a shining fates etb for $135 even scalpers only charge $75-$95. They always say theyre the cheapest in the area, but they are in fact not. Their single collection is good though. I took a handful of cards the other day to test how much the would give me. The results were awful $77 ebay sold for $15, $50-60 they offered $10, and $20 they offered $1. Im sure theyre gonna try to rebut and say im lying on here as they have a pattern of doing with negative reviews. Overall their prices are way higher than anyone in the area and they have little knowledge of pokemon actual value...even with the high market conditions they are still way high.I would recommend Super Sports Cards over them any day!!!!

We have been screwed over twice on ordering top loaders. We ordered packs of 1000 only to receive a pack of 25 for over $150. No one has taken responsibility, we have yet to receive a refund, and now our business is offline. Dont go here.

My boyfriend and I stopped by looking for some Magic cards to help me build a deck, and while this store didn’t have any Magic cards the staff were so welcoming and kind that we’ll definitely be stopping by again to pick up comics and sell some Pokémon cards. They went out of their way to talk to us as we looked around, even commenting on my Dva purse and talking to us about Overwatch. We will for sure be back to sell some cards and pick up some comics, especially with Christmas around the corner.

Loved walking into this place. They are a little crowded but they have amazing prices and selection. I love their older packs of Magic. I bought a Commander 17 box and a pack of M14 and ended up pulling value 6 times what I paid for the pack. Awesome service too.

Customer service was horrible asked about buying a case of cards and employee showed no interest in selling and said he didn’t want to make a phone call to sell the case. Wouldn’t recommend going to anyone. I also called on the phone and came Into the store.

For Comic Readers: Love this store! It doesnt have the largest selection of comics as its mainly a mixed hobby store, but this is where I have my pull list. They also have a small selection of $.50 back-issue comics. Staff is super friendly and always great to chat with.

Vancouvers little secret! I love this place. Comics, cards, boardgames and a super friendly and helpful staff. Plus local inking legend Dan Prado works there ready to regale you with tales from the industry. Whats not to love about a place that greets you but name and makes you leave feeling better than you came!

DONT SELL THEM YOUR CARDS. To give you an idea on how they operate here. They gave me $5 for my holographic charzard. I came back a week later and saw my card being sold for $85. I get it they gotta make their money too but theres a difference between making you a fair offer and just plain ripping you off. I hate places like this

I take my son in here regularly to buy Pokémon cards. The staff has always been incredibly genuine and helpful. This is the place to bring your kids because they can pick and choose their cards individually or buy packs. He loves this place and a trip to this store has become incentive to do his chores😜

Dodging the tropes of being The Comic Book Guy from The Simpsons, the help is actually helpful. He is knowledgeable is field of comics and board games (probably cards too, but Im not interested in that). He doesnt have a big ego or think hes always right about everything. Generally interesting to talk to, as well. They have a sizeable used graphic novel and back-issue collection, and a limited but decent board game selection. They have more in their back storage room, which they can grab at a moments notice. That goes without saying they can order in plenty of items that they dont physically have in-store. Get a pull-box for comics and get a discount on comics purchases!

Had bad experiences ordering from them bugs in my order damaged packages dont order from them I have reached out multiple times and never have they made it rite they say they did everything the could but didnt do anything but rip me off. 0 stars trash 🗑

Avoid like the plague! This place is horrible. Their inventory is crap. They are not good on their word. Placed an order and it was immediately cancelled. Their excuse was that they had an issue with inventory and sorry about that. Give me a break. How about you try to make things better instead of saying uh sorry about that. Just poor customer service all around and obviously dont care about new customers. How about a replacement product no instead they cancel my $1,800+ order. Good luck residents of Vancouver.

Waiting almost a week and no answer on missing and wrong order items......they will happily take your money but if theres a problem they say call the number, but Im on a different timezone and can only reach them on the weekends......and then they say call back during the week......frustrated may take my business back to bcw at least they communicate with customers. If you eve have missing items expect false promises was r told they would refund items that were missing......nope working on filing a claim with paypal to be refunded for missing items.......who knows if Ill ever get my refund but I want to let others know this company is great when you only order 1 sku at a time if you order more expect there to be problems and no resolution.

Columbia Sports, Inc. thought it would be fun to provide an item on Amazon and then cancel the order supposedly because I live in Alaska (ONE State North of their own State of Washington). They could have owned up and finished the order, but no, they thought it made more sense just to cancel it out. In response I just wanted to say:As one of many people in Alaska who might have want to buy something from your company in the future I am totally livid. Your company cancelling my order (because I live one State North of you) and refusing to sell to Alaskans is short-sided and just plain anti-American. We are just as much a part of these 50 (not 48) United States as your state of Washington.In the future I will be sure to boycott ALL items from Columbia Sports, Inc. and encourage all my friends and colleagues around the world to do the same. I also will be providing this information to the Fairbanks News Miner, the Anchorage Press and Daily News and the Juneau Empire. This place is great. Wax packs are a little cheaper here. I live out of town and like to visit the LCS when I travel for work. Stopped in here to check it out and hit an auto in the only pack of Certified I opened that day. Also hit a couple of the Panini Player of the Day, ended up winning the weekly (or monthly) drawing too. So am I giving them a good review because of my hits? No. They said to stop in to pick up the prize. So I called them to tell them I live out of town and they offered to ship it to me. Great service and great prices. If Im ever back out that way, Ill definitely try to stop by again.
