So this is a pretty cool comic store that has everything you can think of! Comics, graphic novels, statues, action figures, toys, posters and more! The worker there was super friendly and polite. Really, my only complaint was the prices. I’ve been to a lot of comic stores across the country and seen the same products for sale for a lot less but with the same conditions. Not saying everything was overpriced but again I’ve seen cheaper. It was nice to see their back issue were 50% off. Idk if this is a limited time thing but definitely can save you money that way. But they do have a really impressive comic collection.

I Like Comics is the number one comic store in the northwest. Ive been going to this comic book store for years. A high inventory of new and used comic books, a wide variety of action figures and statues, and other non- comic book-related merchandise. Every comic book store is unique in its own way, but the owners and the people at I Like Comics gives comic book fans a place to gather and belong.

I love this comic shop! Theyve got an excellent selection of both new comics and back issues. An entire wall of 50 cent comics for those on a budget. Great, friendly service! If you havent ever been here, you must check it out!

Great store. Lots of inventory. Decent prices. Even some great package deals. I liked the box of complete run issues for sale. Interesting idea.

My children and I went to free comic book Friday and got 5 pretty cool comics for free each, and had an awesome time. Theres a pretty gigantic variety of items, even in the free selection, and they require masks, which we appreciate.

I love this place. Chris and his staff are always so nice and helpful, the shelves are always full of good finds, and they really do care about putting comics into the hands of readers. They have cool events, and when they do sales, they DO sales. Overall, I could spend days in this shop.

Expensive, but had the most unique and awesome stuff inside. Some rare and minted comics and an amazing air freshening system that enhances the experience while being there. Got to ask questions to get answers though, cant expect them to read your mind. Keep kids hands at their side kind of place.

Good deal on graphic novels. A very impressive collectors comic selection. Lots of comics and graphic novels to choose from. I wish there was more manga but the absolutely kindhearted and very helpful workers make up for that. Will be back so many times!

He knew exactly what my son was looking for, good thing too because this is way out of my league. He was patient and so kind. He even gifted my son a few comics just for being a reader...loved this so much.

Great spot. Good selection. They had some deals going on. Han Solo frozen in carbonite? Check. The man behind the counter was helpful. Asked him a couple of questions and he was happy to help. Spent a couple hours choosing some comics. Really have to cut myself off when I find myself lingering in a place like that. Left with a fat stack of old and new for a reasonable price. Would recommend.

I found nearly all of the back issues i was looking for. This is the cleanest, best organized and well stocked comic store i have ever seen. Good job.

Wasn’t going in for comics, just a nice statuette of something for an important birthday. Most available are Marvel and DC, but there was also some Star Wars and various others. The shop owner greeted us upon entry and we felt very welcome, great customer service and happy person! I found something perfect!

A neat store with super neat memorabilia. A bit inconvenient to find parking currently as construction has the road in front of the shop all torn up. But instead of trying to hustle me out of my merch he offered some knowledge and let me make my own decision and for that I give 5 stars

Fantastic local comic shop in the heart of Vancouver. Owner and all the employees are super friendly, definitely the kind of place that comic book fans of any age, gender, etc. will feel at home. Often hosts very well known guest artists and writers.

I went in offering to sell some comics, some of which had a significant (less than $100) value, most in particularly great condition (still in plastic). The guy I spoke to was very rude and apparently had no knowledge of their actual value. He told me they all belonged in the 50 cent bin. I asked about the most valuable ones, and he emphasized by all of them, I mean ALL of them. I wont be bringing my business back here.

Nice, clean store. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Not the biggest store but a good selection of new issues as well as back issues and trades. Some collectibles including statues, action figures, and Funko pops. Mostly accessible location. Parking somewhat limited but I have always managed to find a spot.

I really want to love this comic book shop, but my experiences have been poor. I am a grown woman who has (and always will be) a comic nerd. Im now trying to share this world with my son. Im not sure if its me or my son that is so off putting, but we walk in the door and dont get any type of acknowledgement. No hello, no smile, or even a glance. If anything he seems he is annoyed by us being there. Weve gone in three times and been treated the same. Weve bought something each time and he has been barely polite at the register. On one visit I asked how much something was and he was snarky about the price implying that I would never buy it. Im so offended. Here I am trying to be a customer and being treated like I dont belong there. Its like you need to prove your worth as a customer. Ill be driving to Portland next time.

I have only been here once but it was a great experience. They always have new minimates and thats one of the main things I collect and they had a great selection. Didnt go through the comics but they had a lot. Great amount of 6 inch DC figs.

I may be a tad biased, but make sure to make it in to the biggest comic shop in the PNW. Luckily for neighboring shops, they are in VanWa, so the shops in Portland dont get decimated by them in the Best Shops in Portland lists.20% off GN all the time. 200 boxes of 50 cent comics, tons of 50% off back issues and the best box subscriptions service in the area. Ive been dropping in here for years. In the past Ive had several expiriences that made me feel like the owner was only interested in my money. Ive been forced in to coming back here because he bought out the only other comic store in town. Hes done this twice now. When I visited the store today Mr. Chris was friendly and acomidating. Ill give him another chance.

Great Great comic shop! Has some serious vintage bombs and CGC treasures. Funkos and statues for days. Tons of amazing 50 cent back issue boxes. This place has it all. Highly impressed

Best place in Vancouver. Came in and found exactly what I was looking for! Chris was amazing here, and really helpful on helping me find out what I needed. There was a comic they did not have and they were able to locate it from their other location and brought it down to this location which is more convenient for me!

Id give this place more stars if I could. I have been coming here since they first opened in this location and even before when they were at a different location. Great service, knows my name since Im in like every week and great selection of everything

This comic shop always seems to have all of the key issues and a large assortment of novelty items. All comics in the bins are half of guide but everything in cases are way overpriced. Not much for mid priced books between $50-$500. But dont try to sell them your books. I tried to sell $15,000-$20,000 guide value; including a midgrade DareDevil 1-10 and Avengers 1-12; and was only offered $800 for the lot. I can not see how people are willing to sell their collections for pennies on the thousand dollars.

Great selection of comics. HUGE inventory of back issues, like, two rooms full of them. Sets, complete runs, newer comics, variants, specialty, graphic novels, comic supplies. The store is really large and the layout is very nice. Very good prices too. This shop is about 40 minutes away from me, but its always a good trip, because I always find a bunch of things I like.

You cant beat this place in terms of comic selection, quality, pricing or customer service. They can get their hands on just about anything and the membership adds a nice discount along with the certainty that you wont miss any issues of the comics you like. The owner is very dedicated and very good at what he does.

Came here with my nephews who are big time gamers they really enjoyed the store and bought a few things. And educated me with what I was looking at LOL

This to me is an ideal comic shop. A lot of comic books have changed to focusing on high end merchandise and graphic novels. I Like Comics has those things, but it also has a wide selection of normal back issues. This is a great store because it runs the gamut from high end stuff through a rack of old Archie comics...and everything in between.

Really great shop !! So great to have it on my side of the river. Friendly staff very organized and clean . The 50 cent long boxes are so great to see and a real great way to travel back into time on a budget. The selection is vast they have everything for anybody.

Trendy yet doesnt cover more than just mainstream nerd stuff. You wont find Monty python or WWF or any other weird vintage toys here. Very expensive

Awesome comic store with a great selection of comics, graphic novels, collectibles and statutes, toys, games, signed art, etc. They have nicely organized sections for kids, separated loosely into boys and girls type titles. I think this is nice for people who might want to pick up a gift for a kid without knowing a lot about comics.This is a very cool, friendly place. Its worth a visit if youre a comic can. If youre not, visit anyway! It might awaken something in you.

Massive well stocked store. All your typical comics, graphic novels, rare issues, back issues, etc. Clean, well lit newly remodeled space. They also have action figures and collectables. Parking can be a challenge here. There is a good bakery cafe right around the corner too.

Seriously cant say enough good things about I Like Comics, the owner or his wife are always there when I pop in. The selection is huge and their recommendations are always spot on based on other things I have liked. The deal on graphic novels is especially great.... And as a woman I appreciate the lack of demoralizing female portrayal that can take place in some comic book shops, Im comfortable taking my kids here, and letting my older one browse the kids selection while I look through the comics.

Just my first impression, but I feel like this shop has all the best characteristics of my favorite Portland shops in one place. Lots of new books, lots of back issues, slabbed comics, full runs and storylines, statues, trades, hardcovers... Its actually quite overwhelming, to be honest. My biggest takeaway for my first visit was that the prices were reasonable and the layout was clean and spacious. I like feeling like theyll have what Im looking for more often than not, and they seem to have a good grasp of the grade each book would fetch. Oh! And they bag & board just about everything as far as I can tell. Thats huge for me when Im collecting new issues with any sort of speculation or value. Love it!

Since the first stop in they are 100% the first shop I call anytime Im looking for something locally. The owner Chris and all of the staff ive met have been extremely courteous and helpful, always acknowledged and asked if im looking for anything in particular.They stock pretty much anything new you could want, without any markup, as well as a huge number of back issues, TPBs, CGC graded comics, figures, pops, and more at great prices. (they also offer pull boxes for you monthly buyers). For little readers theyve got a well-stocked kids section too.Ive never come across anything in their store higher than the price I would expect to pay elsewhere, and often theyre a good deal cheaper than online (older back issues in particular) Theyre also great about displaying full runs and such, always come across something tempting.Store is always very clean and well maintained, They are taking care during the Covid-19 pandemic as well staying safe with gloves and hand sanitizer available.If you are wondering about something in stock a quick call usually provides me the answer, and theyre good about quickly knowing whats on hand, as well as often offering to set aside the item if its something very specific.Absolutely the best Comic shop in Vancouver and worth a stop if travelling through the area.

Great place for everyone! I went here to find my son a book to read. I met the owner, was extremely helpful. My son has read all his books. We drive over 30 min to come here. Thank you for taking the time to help me as I had no clue what to get.

What can I say other than Ive never seen so many gems in my life, they have the best stock of collectible comics, you name it they have it, you want a first appearance of someone they most likely have it. This place is awesome.

Stop by and see a great collection of comics. The display cases in the front offer some awesome collectibles. The back room is a studio that can create a character for you. They really have an awesome spread of items for anyone that reads, collects, or is obsessed over comics! A great stop when visiting the couv!

A great place to get a subscription box of your familys favorite comic book titles. I am pleased to have bought a Swamp Thing that is signed by Bernie Wrightson that was reasonably priced for sentimental collectors. The owners are truly about local business and community connection, having created the areas first Comic Con and it really brought people here as well as bringing something family friendly to the community. Got to love a place that gives back and supplies comic book lovers with a fantastic local option.

Best statues and figures hands down. Hot Toys, Side Show Collectibles and more. Also they have awesome Comics etc.... You have got to see this store for yourself, dont take my word, experience it yourself.
