Mens restroom was very clean and well maintained

This is hands down the worst gas station I have ever been to (404 NE 78th St., Vancouver, WA) The pumps rarely work and when they do they will not use your Kroger points to make the over priced gas a little cheaper. Its too bad because the location is great and could be a great service to the people in the neighborhood.

The tire air machine is busted (the nozzle is) do not burn 1.50 (1.75 on card) just go somewhere else

Absolutely over priced in comparison to other mini mart/convenience stores in the area. Its a coin flip on the type of service youll get... the over night guy that I keep seeing is way knowledgeable and helpful. But during the day... I wish I could say the same. The store isnt worth the stop if you need fuel there is another shell across the street. Save your time.

The assistant manger Donna is hacking up a lung behind the counter with mask off touching her face with her bare hands and wiping her face with a wash cloth and not washing her hands at all. IF YOUR HIGH RISK DO NOT ENTER

5 stars for how clean this convenient store is. It’s also laid out really nicely with big wide aisles and isn’t crammed like other stores. Staff is super friendly too.

I like the guy that works night times but other than that the people are kind of awkward and gossipy.

Very clean store. Associates go out of their way to assist customers but more importantly they treat you with respect. Great place.

Horrible service as of lately. Two workers for the past week have been nothing but ignorant and rude. They back talk like there is no tomorrow. Always out of most things and the staff never understands or knows when they will get a product in. Very disappointed at how downhill this store has become.

This store has the cleanest parking lot and store. The employees are always friendly and welcoming. This is my favorite Jacksons!

Good selection of oil, was able to find the exact type needed by my friends car. The store and parking lot are really clean, you wont get that sketchy gas station experiance here. The lady that works their at night is extremely nice, she will allways ask how your day has been, and actually care.

The staff is extremely friendly and do a great job helping customers. Ive only seen a line of 3 or more people during rush hour times and they had two cashiers to keep the line moving. Ive never had to drive to another location due to a long line.

Typically my experience at this location is ok. This morning I walked in and stood at the front counter for several minutes with two Jacksons employees counting money. They never even looked at me. There was no well be with you in a second or a few minutes or anything. I felt that to be unprofessional and Im not going to use Jacksons anymore.

Unhealthy food selection. Waay overpriced but super nice people with good sales sometimes.

This place is great, the graveyard staff does a good job.

I tried three gas stations all were closed except to you thank you

I signed up for Jacksons Food Store VIP club. They emailed me a voucher for a one cent soda fountain drink. The Jacksons Food Store at 404 NE 78th Street, Vancouver, WA refused to accept it! They treated me as if I were trying to scam them. I even showed them the email on my smartphone that I received from their VIP club, yet they still refused to accept it. I have never gone back due to their extremely rude treatment.

Store on Roosevelt is full of morons. Every single time I get gas through my credit card the receipt is out of paper so I have to come inside to the store and deal with these retards avoid Jacksons on Roosevelt
