We stopped in a Sinclair in Wyoming by Orin ( not sure why it says Vancouver) because my son loves the burgers that are made here. They are super fresh and made to order. It was his birthday and he mentioned we came from Washington state to have a burger. The whole place sang happy birthday!!
Treats customers poorly, specifically the pink-haired male/female individual.
I normally would never leave a review for a gas station, but tonight I witness something truly amazing. The guy Chris running the counter is an outstanding and patient employee. I witnessed him handle a very difficult and extremely rude customer because she decided she didnt want to wear a mask and he was enforcing the state mandate per his companys policy.Thank you Chris for caring about your community and those around you.
Worst gas station invented masks don’t work and if customer doesn’t have one they should give one. Worst customer service I’ve ever had boycott them
Theres a dude out there all the time sanitizing everything. Its 830pm and hes wiping everything down. I appreciate their attention to cleanliness. The gas is good too- same company as Arco, so its really faux competition. Thanks for caring about our safety!
I visit this gas station on a daily basis first thing in the morning to either grab gas or a snack inside. Michael always makes the best effort to make you smile in the morning with cracking a joke. We appreciate you!
I grew up going to this gas station in California, and was rather excited to see one open up in Washington. I havent had a chance to go in, but my wife just came home and was upset over the service she received.She had an accident and spilled her drink as she was paying, and had to clean most of it up herself. The attendant barely put forth any effort to help her or even offer to let her get a refill of her drink that was now almost gone.The whole reason for the visit was the signature dinosaur memorabilia the store would sell.My wife asked where it was, and the clerk shrugged and dismissively told her We just have some soap and when asked when more comes, he replied I dont know, probably never.I seriously hope the owner of this franchise reads this and addresses the problems with the staff.
I wanted to support a smaller business, so I purchased gas here. Big mistake! Their computer held all the money in my debit cards account, not just what I paid for. While I know I will be reimbursed in a couple days, I am radically disappointed and upset at this. I have never run into that before at the big-name gas stations I usually use. Here is one industry in which I will not support small business anymore.
Great gas, great prices, and friendly service. Use your card inside if possible, run as debit, so you get the cheaper price for fuel.
This place is ridiculous. The sign on the door states no mask, no service, but neither of the two workers behind the counter were wearing a mask.

Cashier sold me a dirty mask, I want to return the mask right away and he didn’t except it. Cashier was very unprofessional he offended me with the words says I left the school to soon.
