The people who work there now are very rude. We have been a life long customer until today. Its sad when people you hire dont care about customer service anymore. The people who use to work there were much nicer and helpful. We are disabled and my husband was treated horribly, shame on you.

Dusty has a real attitude problem. Trying to get some questions ask and he just wants to be a little brat.

This is our neighborhood pharmacy along with others things we need. The Pharmacy staff always goes above and beyond their duties. They are professional, pleasant, funny and most importantly efficient. The clerks at the front of the store always say Hello when you come in. When I need help finding something there is always someone to help out. This is a great store and I especially hope the Pharmacy staff knows how important they are and what a great job they do for us, their customers. Huge Thank You.

At this location tonight, the manager on duty thought it was best to continue setting up a planogram while the teenage cashier struggled with a line that was 9 customers deep by the time I left. I couldnt believe the blatant disregard for the customers and for her coworker.

I just tried to fill a prescription from Kaiser at this location and I received 20 question about my health and where I lived, that was none of their business. I had a doctor approve my antibiotic and they didnt need my whole health history just to get it filled. I told them to forget it and I would use Safeway. Safeway just does their job and fills the prescription that was ordered.

There was a mixup with one of my prescriptions and I didnt understand why, (I didnt know that the date on the prescription bottle was the call in date I thought the date on the bottle was the last time I had picked it up). So I called the pharmacy and they put me through to one of the pharmacists, I asked him about it, and he was very condescending to me, and was acting like I was trying to get my prescription early. I wish I could move to another pharmacy but I cant because of our flex card being lost.I felt very embarrassed by it, it felt like he was acting like I was an addict.I would also like to state that the regular employees are always very kind. It was just that one pharmacist who came off as condescending.

Went through the drive thru pharmacy to get my grandma’s prescription filled. She also needed a couple other items & she needed recommendations for otc nasal spray. Dusty was the one who was at the window and what a fitting name that was! He is the worst pharmacy tech I’ve ever encountered. Unprofessional, incompetent & rude! Rolled his eyes multiple times & walked off at one point when I asked for suggestions.

Good place to get bandages and wound care products. A little pricier than Walmart, but worth checking out.

Kira was able to help me get my photos uploading and printed under a time sensitive situation. Thank goodness for her knowledge!Super friendly too

Purple hair pharmacy tech was extremely rude at the window for no reason. Not sure what her problem was but its not my fault you work at Walgreens, lady.

Rude has a new definition. Need to review meds, update new address and insurance plus request refills. After waiting for forever I was told that she didn’t have time. She needed to take care of some other people!!!!

DO NOT TAKE UR PICTURES IN HERE!!!! I took in pictures from a international service trip like 5 rolls of film and they were all ruined and the worker did not seem to even care that these pictures were ruined that were very important. will never shop here again.

Would not call my Dr for a refill of my prescription. Not very nice about it either. Poor customer service

A word of caution for COVID testing. This is not a review of the Walgreens staff, but the COVID testing process. If you need COVID testing for international travel, I encourage you to explore other options. I took my test at the first appointment inside my 72 hours window to be valid for travel, but did not receive the results in time. This resulted in a very expensive rebooking. Once I received the results, I found out that my test was not logged into the lab until the next day - a full 26 hours after the test was administered. Looking further, I found that the test was sent to a lab in Los Angeles for processing. This may not be the appropriate option if you require time-sensitive results. I will not use them again for testing.
