We love NW Kitchen Designs! They have remodeled several rooms in our house and most recently completed a beautiful kitchen remodel for us. Remodeling is not for the faint of heart and Grayson and whole team at NW Kitchen Designs went out of their way to make it a positive experience. They are easy to work with and always go to great lengths to make sure you are happy with the final outcome.

Grayson and crew were top notch! They remodeled our kitchen and family room three years ago, from floors to cabs, backsplash, new lights throughout rooms and undercabs...EVERYthing. We literally love every inch of this kitchen. It is 100% quality and to OUR specifications Each member of the team was respectful of our space and time. It was magical to watch it come together like a symphony with Grayson as the conductor, especially given the tight timeframe (trying to have it completed pre-Thanksgiving)! I would recommend NW Kitchen Designs any day of the week. Grayson is accessible and responsive. Thank you!

Easy location and very helpful and friendly staff

Absolutely a wonderful company to work with. I have no complaints we have a beautiful kitchen. Even after the job was finished there was a couple items that came up and they came out and repaired the problems with no issues, which seems to be unheard of with working with contractors. I would warn others about this company. We never had any work done because, after touring our home and discussing the work we needed (master bedroom/bath) they never followed through with the bid that they promised us. In fact we couldnt get them to return our calls and they couldnt even be bothered to return our original sketches we provided them (we had to go pick them up and they were taped to the outside of the door of the business)). Very unprofessional.Thanks Grayson at Northwest Kitchen Designs for making us feel like our dream bedroom remodel was just not that important to you.

Honestly, the 1 star rating sounds like the only sincere comment here. The reps response is defensive and placating but pretty obviously saying the customer is wrong. The other comments and responses look like ones from friends, families and/or coworkers - all general, no detail about “their” projects, all positive. One even defends Maria but then apparently forgets why they came to this page in the first place. Presumable a review? But writes nothing else. Huh. Maria might be a great employee but just saying it doesn’t look good and is enough for me to look elsewhere as I don’t want take the chance of hiring people who would do this kind of thing.

Worked with them and referred them and then found out they don’t fix shabby work and I’m going through a lawsuit due to the Owners errors. There’s so many good ones out there.
